O lugar tem um bom restaurante, uma área de lazer muito boa e uma equipe muito preparada para atender. Os lençóis eram muito finos e não havia coberta. Os travesseiros disponibilizados eram de baixa qualidade.

• Vale (10/5): Excelente - Apartamento amplo, confortável e limpo. Acomoda muito bem 04 pessoas. A vista da varanda para o rio é excepcional. Como sugestão, adicionar alguns itens de cozinha, como taças, uma petisqueira, um abridor de vinhos e uma jarra de vidro que possa ir no microondas.

• Wilson Roberto (7/5): tirando estes problemas a estada foi boa - era bom. café da manhã poderia estar incluso na diária. a troca das toalhas deveriam ser feitas diariamente. Na piscina tínhamos que usar as mesmas do quarto. Para hóspedes do hotel eram trocadas diariamente. Quando chegamos tivemos que esperar chegar as toalhas e outros itens do enxoval do quarto

• Baldez (1/5): Terrible experience - Go find a better place to stay - Swimming pool was decent. Food was good but very expensive. No toilet paper, no soap, only 1 towel for the whole stay, and generally speaking, not clean. Many bugs all over the place. Bed was uncomfortable and lacked clean sheets. Sofa was really dirty. TV didn’t work. Lots of old stuff laying around the house and in the closets (rusted batteries, old pillows, broken fridge). We talked to hotel staff about all these problems and they said they could not help because this room is managed directly by the owner. Overall, I would not recommend for anyone.
