• Kimberley (5/5): Wonderful place, close to transit system - The property looked exactly like the pictures. It was very large, open and lovely. The back entrance was well lite. They didn’t have warm enough bedding. Not able to contact the operator when things were missing. Such like not enough toilet paper, forks. The side of the place needs more light.
• Marla (10/5): A good basic rental, that is close to the centre of Kitchener. - The location was perfect for my trip. It's not a neighborhood that I would walk around in, but it is close to public transit and a few minutes' drive to King Street. I liked that the bed was in a separate area from the main living area. The bathroom looked modern. The unit is in the basement, but the ceilings are high, so it feels more spacious. The hosts were always checking in to make sure things were ok and replied to my messages.

• Laura Dalrymple (10/5): Always choosing OnPoint when I book in the Trip cities for the consistency in quality fxxdd did xfff - Seamless check in process with door code delivered 1 hour before check in, such a quaint studio walk out basement, perfect accomidation for my few nights in town! Minimal to no noise from other occupants ensuring a comfortable, quiet cozy nights sleep. This t to ensure my stay is as comfortable as possible!

Lots of privacy didn't see a single person although I did come late and leave early but worth every penny and will definetly be checking availability for this specific. Unit whenever I need a place to stay again. Everything was absolutely great

The host never answered any of my numerous phone calls during my one week stay, instead he/she insisted on me checking my booking.com app for his/her messages. Also, I requested a cleaner to possibly clean/change beddings but no answer from the host till I left.
