- Diana (9/5): - The location of the apartment is absolutelly fantastic; it is right in the center of New York. The building is very nice, and the apartment is cozy. The host was accommodating and responded really quickly. The only thing I missed was having a bit more storage space.

- Nuria (1/5): - On Saturday 24th of August, I traveled from Spain to New York City (NYC) with my two daughters for a week of vacation. Previously, I had reserved in BOOKING.COM the apartment Central New York Residence . I sent a message via BOOKING.COM two days before the arrival, confirming the hour of landing and expected time of arrival. After 15 hours of travel, we arrived to the apartment in NYC and we found that nobody were there, and the host did not answer the telephone call nor email messages. This apartment did not exist. It was a fraud and BOOKING.COM had not checked this in advance..I contacted with customer attention of BOOKING.COM (it took me too time to find the phone number), paid an international call of more than 45 minutes and the final message was that I had to do a new reservation by my own
Because this lack of support, the night of Saturday 24th I had to reserve urgently a new apartment in NYC, US$983,9 more expensive and much worse than the previous one.
One day after the check out, I have not received yet any mail of the Customer Service Team, and the bank has charged the cost of the two reservations in BOOKING.COM, more than US$6.000.
I called repetidely to BOOKING.COM, but the only answer was that they could asume the cost of the first reservation, but anything else. I had to paid more than US$1.000 more for the new reservation and bank costs associated, apart from the moral damage of having my daughters in a lodging dirty and unhealthy, much worse than the lodging previously paid. Until now, BOOKIN.COM has not assumed any cost for this bad practice.
I have been using BOOKING.COM for twenty years, I am a loyal client (Genius Level 2). If this is the way BOOKING.COM treats their loyal clients, I cannot imagine how they behave with the rest of humanity.
