And one of our criterias was a washing machine and the description of the appartment indicated that it has it, but it turned out that it's a paid service, one wash costs 20 CHF. It was quite surprising that they forgot mention about this. It was so disappointing and looks like misinformation! Also it wasn't indicated that additional fees must be paid in the description of the appartment, this is formally indicated in the information of the owner, but this information is very difficult to find and you need to know where to look for it, is that a surprise? Another criteria of our choice was the announced beautiful view from the window, but this view was closed by a scaffolding and they forgot to warn us about it. Later, when we were already there, the owner said that these construction workі must be done. Seriously? How about warn us about this works in advance. And it was really loud construction works the whole last week when we were there.
