• Diana (3/5): Well over priced - Clean Good location Don't stay here in the summer months. It is an UNBELIEVABLY hot apartment with an extremely noisy portable air conditioner that you have to literally stand over to feel any cool air..and doesn't cool the room...and with a pipe sticking out the window!!..and taking up room.If you choose to open the windows the street/car noise is loud with cars racing down Sloane Avenue at night. A ceiling fan would be a sensible alternative. The apartment is even smaller than stated and the photos very deceptive. A standard double bed. No bedside lights one bedside table Pleased we only had cabin bags ..had to put them on the folding table..no floor room. Plastic glasses. No teatowels. No toilet paper .basic provisions i would have thought(don't travel from overseas with these in the bag).🤨 The flush on the toilet Extremely Unreliable...used the one on the ground floor. No instructions for the hob or washing machine. Space Only suitable for one person. Unless you really need the kitchen/washing machine it would far more comfortable and better value in a hotel. One lift only working and very slow. Was so looking forward to the stay as looked great in the photos so very disappointed

• Sm (10/5): Cozy, Clean, and Perfectly Located Studio in Chelsea - This little studio is a gem tucked in the heart of Chelsea—less than a 10-minute walk to King’s Road and the new Whole Foods. The location is unbeatable, with easy walking access to the V&A Museum, Harrods, and all the excitement the area has to offer. While the building itself feels a bit run-down, the studio is a delightful micro space that’s cozy, clean, and thoughtfully equipped. I appreciated the non-toxic detergent, the comfy bed, and the small touches that made the stay feel considered. All in all, this is a practical and charming space in an unbeatable location. Perfect for a short stay in the city. A few upgrades—like stainless steel cookware and wooden utensils—would elevate the experience even more. One note: the A/C unit is quite loud and generates a lot of heat. I visited during a heatwave and, unfortunately, found it uncomfortable to sleep. A quiet, standard fan would’ve made a big difference—and I likely would’ve extended my stay if one had been available.
• Grant (10/5): Great apartment in a great location and quiet at night - We had an issue on arrival which was resolved quickly. It is good that the owner can be contacted and they will respond quickly and fix it if something isn't right. The location is very good about a 5-10 Min walk from south Kensington tube station (depending how fast you walk!). Location is very quiet at night even with all the windows open you wouldn't believe you are in London through the night as it is so quiet. Nice organic cafe/shop about 1 Min walk on opposite side of the street (Daylesford). Chelsea Flower show took us about 15 mins to walk. There is also a Sainsbury's local and a small petrol station both of which are open til midnight 2 mins walk to the right of the main entrance. The area is very safe and we walked around late at night including back from South Kensington Tube Station without feeling threatened or vulnerable. We didn't have a car or use the gym so I can't comment on these. Flat has a fridge, washing machine, iron and worktop stove and the shower is very good! Nothing in particular. We had an issue with the flat not being cleaned (or appeared to not have been cleaned as bin was full and a few other issues, HOWEVER as soon as we made the owner aware of this it was rectified quickly and despite it being out of normal business hours the owner had got someone round to clean the flat whilst we were out at a show .
• Theresa (10/5): Don’t think I could have picked a better place for me. - Location was wonderful. Away from tourists but convenient to transportation and food options. Washer with dryer. I left for next leg of my trip with clean clothes. Only one elevator working.

• Helga (10/5): Great stay in Chelsea - Had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean, quiet, comfortable and well equipped with everything needed for a short or long stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport and many attractions near by. Kitchen was brand new and bed comfortable. Check in and out was smooth. Overall it was great value for the price, and I would definitely stay here again!

• Liz (6/5): Brilliant location, some issues with the apartment. - The apartment was in a great location for what we were doing in London for the weekend with great options for buying food very nearby. The bed was comfortable. There was a lot of noise in the corridor late into the night and very early in the morning. The apartment was extremely small. We only stayed one night instead of the two we’d booked.

• Richard (9/5): Superb - Fantastic property in a great location and very good value for money. My only minor point is the fact that it mentions a gym in the advert, but you cannot use it. It’s a boutique fitness studio who don’t do day passes, you have to be a full member and are then assigned an instructor.
• Jose (9/5): We had a very good experience with Chelsea Flat! - The room has everything as it was described. It is very small, but the bed is very good and both kitchen, drawer machine and bathroom are perfect. The localization is good to visit some top museums, like Natural History, Science and Victoria and Albert. It was good for us, but we must had to use the underground for everything else. I didn't like the room to be soo small, but this, actually, wasn't a huge problem. P.S. Not related to the Chelsea Flat, but I think useful for others: Some rooms are of an hotel and, despiting we were not their guests, the reception desk help us with informations, but I recommend to avoid them to call a taxi to an airport because the taxi they call, run too much more than need, turning a ride of about GPB 95 ~ 100 into a GPB 165!
• Kirk (8/5): Very good - Location was perfect. Within easy walking distance of underground. Ideal spot in central Chelsea. The room could have done with a mirror outside of bathroom as plug sockets for hair dryer were too far away to style hair in bathroom mirror. When we used plug socket behind the table there was rubbish left by previous guests.
• Panagiotis (10/5): Exceptional - Really well located, being a short walk to South Kensington Tube station. Friendly, responsive hosts. Whilst the booking details clearly specified a studio flat, we were still surprised by the compactness of the room.

Cosy bed and thankfully with conditioning! You couldn't ask for a better location. I am really happy i chose this apartment and have re-booked next month. Thank you emilie for such a lovely stay.

• David (10/5): very good 👍 - I self checked in late night, there is a all day and night conceige which was very useful. Amazing location just a short walk from Sloane Square and South Kensington. Lovely views from balcony. Apartment was very clean and newly refurbished . Added benefit of air conditioning. Could watch my Netflix on the TV with fast internet. Would 100% stay again.
• Anne (10/5): Fantastic apartment great location - I absolutely loved staying in this apartment. Was a last minute booking. The host is very helpful. The apartment is in a very good location. Very clean with nice size comfy bed with nice fresh linen. Everything was new and good quality. Kitchen was fully stocked and bathroom has an excellent shower and bath. air conditioning kept the room a nice temperature. Highly recommended.
• Sam (6/5): Average - Location was good. Would of been good to be able to leave luggage before and after stay. Bed was small for 2 people. Shower was good but bath filled up whilst in shower. Only three coffee pods for 2 people for two days, not sure why? Poor finish on apartment for the price, I was a little dissapointed for what we paid, sorry.
