• Lorena (5/5): - La ubicación es perfecta. Las terrazas son fantásticas. El apartamento no es para pasar más de un par de días. La lavadora no tiene desagüe, hay que conectarlo al inodoro. El colchón es muy incómodo, y apenas hay útiles de cocina. El jacuzzi no funciona y la ducha inunda el cuarto de baño. No está muy limpio, y el termo de agua caliente está temporizado con la llave de casa, con lo que hay que esperar a que se caliente el agua.

Contact ook snel De douche doet het prima, maar het water loopt standaard naar de douchebak omdat die niet onder de douchekop zit. Water wordt niet heel warm, ook niet na het omzetten van het knopje. De keuken is bruikbaar, maar niet heel schoon.

• Anonymous (9/5): Superb - Perhaps there could be a better choice of cookware for people who want to prepare their own meals. There were just a frying pan and one huge pot. It would be nice to have one or two less volume pots.

• Carolyn (4/5): This place is not what it claims to be so beware to come here. - There was so much not to like they outweigh what might be considered good, but the elevator access and on demand heating are two positives. First, the apt was not properly cleaned for my arrival. There was visible mold and mildew in the bathroom that had been there for a long period. The washing machine in the same small bathroon also had mold inside and was smelly, dirty as well inside. In the kitchen, the oven was unuseable and gross with burned food spills and residue that had not been cleaned and had accumulated. The refrigerator inside had not been cleaned. The sofa was dirty with food crumbs and visible stains. Although the housekeeper came for two days of my stay to address these issues, she could not do the best job with just chlor and water. The worst was the bed in the upstairs bedroom. It was just a box spring with metal coils and no padding, It is not a mattress, which complained about to the property manger who did nothing. The property manager is offsite and did not provide the concern or immediate response to these issues when first reported, especially the mold and bed which were most concerning. I even sent him pictures. There also are loud noises at 5 am in the bedroom coming from the pipes and other machinery on the roof above which the property did not disclose. It is probably connected to the water heating system so this noise is regular in this building. But the property manager claimed not to know about this. The situation was so horrible for me and after many frustrations I moved from this place with days remaining on my contract. I found another suitable place in the area. I reported several issues to the booking agency and received no help from them. I was not given a refund.
• Angelique (6/5): Pleasant - The two balconies which had sun for a major part of the day. The food stores around the corner. The bedroom. The beds had animal feathers for which I am allergic. The host changed the duvet and pillows. But I kept waking up with puffy eyes. In the end I stayed on the couch which was not so comfortable. The traffic noise from the big street around the corner
• Alex (10/5): Cozy little place at the centre of Athens with a bonus hot tub 😋 - The location of the apartment is super. It’s quiet although it is just 20 or 15 min walk from acropolis. There are many cafes, bars in the area (5 min distance perhaps on foot) Also, brunch and food places are equally nearby. It has two levels which makes it ideal if someone wants to sleep while the other still wants to chill and hang out. The hot tub in the balcony is cozy and there is another balcony in the lower lever to have a coffee of breakfast if someone wants to. Been twice there already, and am always on the lookout if visiting Athens. It’s well worth it. There are not many things to go wrong in the place. If I could recommend something it would be to perhaps include an extra set of towels (solely for the lazy spa).

• Sissi (8/5): Very good - The unit is in Koukaki, a neighborhood close to Acropolis. It's around 20-25 minutes walk to the Acropolis museum and 30 minutes to Acropolis. We really liked the hot tub. After a day tiring walking, we felt refreshed by jumping in the tub. Also, the bread factory next door is awesome. If you're tired of food in restaurants, this is a great choice with lots of varieties of food and desserts. It's also reasonably priced cuz this is a residential area. The host responses fairly quick and explains well. Over all we enjoyed our stay.

• Aurelie (9/5): Confortable small Duplex Apartment with 2 Terraces. - Comfortable and well equipped Apartment. Spacious with 2 nice Terraces. Very Good Location in a nice local neighbourhood with all facilities, 20-25min walking from touristic attraction like Acropolis and Monastirakis.

• Emilia (9/5): Perfect place for exploring Athens - Apartment was more that I could expected! - easy to get the keys with a box and code (so we could do this in the night after flight) - apartment is on the 7th floor, but there is a lift - at first floor of your apartment you will find kitchen + living room + first terrace with big table for breakfasts - kitchen well equipped (pots, plates, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, salt, pepper and many others) - living room with big tv and tv programmes, desk, very good wifi and perfect place on a balcony to eat breakfasts , also there is air conditioning - on a 2nd floor there is bathroom with a shower and washing machine, some cosmetics and towels; there is also bedroom with a soft mattress, big wardrobe and another air conditioning and tv - on a second floor there is another balcony (wow!!!) with a... jacuzzi and lounge set - there is a beautiful view on white greek building and on a stinning sunset (imagine jacuzzi + sunset ;) ) - there is a hair dryer, iron and even single-use slippers :) - there were instruction how to use jacuzzi and also some other things, this is very good - really close to metro station (FIX - 5 min walk), almost on the corner bus stop (with access to Athens beaches for example), 8 mins walk to tram; - lot of cafes in the close area, some markets, and for example Lidl (15 mins walk, you can catch the bus and go 2 stops, it's faster) AND: Thanks for welcome wine, was very delicious ;) Small thing like towels that didn't smell very nice ; the mattress was too soft, almost every movement at night woke up the other person - but maybe someone can like it, I prefer not so soft ;)

• Αργυρώ (8/5): Very good - The location is excellent, just next to metro Suggrou Fix. Akropoli and Sintagma is a walking distance. It is a very sunny and nice maisonette with all needed comforts. It is a good value for money. I would definitely book again. The shower fills with water easily and the curtain does not surround the shower, so you need to watch out that you don't make a mess.
