• Anonymous (4/5): Disappointing - There was no breakfast. The place was not clean there were dirty coffee mugs and ed linen did not look clean. In addition the refrigerator did not work until I got a message from the host stating the problem was a switch that had been turned off. The air conditioner had to run with the windows open, which seems crazy to me as there was were the vent went.

• Abdulelah (1/5): Bad - Was unsatisfactory stay This review is based on our stay from December 29, 2024, to January 4, 2025. I paid a total of £5,791.60 in advance for the accommodation from December 29, 2024, to January 7, 2025. During our stay, which included my family—my four children, mother, and sisters—we encountered numerous issues that caused significant concerns regarding cleanliness, safety, heating, entertainment, and the overall quality of service. • The heating in the apartment was inadequate, and we had to rely on three portable heaters for two bedrooms and the living room. On the second day, the radiator in the living room stopped working completely. • The lift, located in a building with an apartment on the 6th floor, was out of service from January 1st until the day we left. • The TV failed to connect to the internet despite multiple attempts, so we couldn't use it for entertainment. • There were cockroaches and ants in the kitchen. • The price is way high for the service provided. We were stuck in a cold apartment, unable to use the TV to entertain our children. In response to the lift issue, I was informed on January 2nd that it had been flooded and would be updated once it dried, but we received no further communication about this issue during our stay. Regarding the heating this was response from property " I have just been informed that the eternal hearing of what is put in the apartment for heat. There is 3 electric heaters in the apartment" Later, the landlord sent two workers to resolve the issue, but the problem was not fixed. The plumber suggested another visit to address a valve issue, but I declined, as the apartment was small and I had children with me. I believe all maintenance should have been completed before our check-in. On our first night, my son suffered a serious injury when his finger got trapped in a door hinge, requiring an emergency visit to A&E. He underwent surgery on December 31, 2024, at St Mary's Hospital.

• Pedro (4/5): Disappointing - Location Rats outside the kitchen. Storage should have more capacity for clothes. Few drawers and few hangers. Staff was arrogant when I mentioned the mice.. said I was lucky they weren't inside the kitchen.there are ants too in the kitchen. Building ran down and feels dirtish. I think the fair price is way lower vs current.

• Lisa (5/5): Decent stay, not worth the money though. - Kitchen was nice, bright from the hallway skylights. Has an elevator which is a plus. Communication with property was great and fixed a television issue very quickly. Location to Oxford Street was just a short 2 blocks away, Starbucks across the street. Definitely needs updating, couches are extremely uncomfortable, the portable air conditioning units require you to hang the tubing outside so window has to be open so there were little gnats, very noisy street, ant trail in the kitchen. Location was decent but unless you like Lebanese cuisine there aren’t a lot of food options unless you walk to Oxford Street (only was two short blocks away from property), small bathroom, larger bathroom has bathtub/shower combo but it’s extremely dangerous climbing in and out-no handles to hold on to, very slippery bathtub surface. Entering the building there’s old carpets and an odor. Can’t go out on the balcony at all. The amount I paid was definitely not worth it.
• Mark (10/5): Exceptional - We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this apartment. The location was convenient near Paddington Station. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms and a living room and air conditioning. The kitchen was well-equipped, making meal preparation easy, and the two bathrooms added extra convenience. The free WiFi, flat-screen TV, and fresh towels and bed linen made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend for a pleasant stay in London!
