Raigan (2/5): Terrible decision to stay here - Really confusing building , no actual check in desk , it’s located in a shopping center , the room had no TV there was burn marks in the floor and the carpet , there was no hot water in the shower , the shower hadn’t been cleaned since it was built I don’t think , would definitely avoid the place , looks good from the photos but nothing like the pictures in person , I left 2 days early just to get out the place

Marta (1/5): One of the worsts experiences - insects in apartment, pool not available in bikini for ladies, sauna not available for g - Location of this apartment is really nice, and that’s all about positive site. Our apartment has insects all around the place:bathroom, kitchen and then under the bed. We notice that really quick after 30mins from check in. So it was a nightmare then we asked to have another apartment - it was changed eventually but we lost 3hours to do it. Pool is really restricted for ladies - I was not able to swim in bikini - you need to be fully covered. Sauna was not available for guest, only for residents. Please do not stay here - it’s not worth it!!!

Stefani (8/5): - Die Lage war perfekt. Der Ausblick ist tatsächlich so wie auf den Bildern. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten in der Nähe. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Sie haben uns sogar 2 Stunden früher einchecken lassen nach unserer 17 Stunden reise. Die Minuspunkte gab es für den ä Wärter der uns genervt aus dem Pool werfen wollte wo eines noch lange keine 22 Uhr waren und die Kalk und Roststellen im Bad. Wir haben auch deutlich gesehen wie gewischt wurde an den Schränken zb.

Mitchell (7/5): Almost really great, but falls short - The view from my balcony was amazing. The apartment was very well equipped and luxurious. The pool and gym are very functional and nice with amazing views. The receptionist Dindin was very friendly. There was no hot water in the shower or anywhere. It was very disappointing after traveling so long and with everything else being so luxury. The deposit policy was silly as well. The elevators were very slow in the building.

PYKI7 (3/5): - Las vistas desde la piscina del edificio. Aunque los guardias mirando todo el tiempo quitan las ganas de bañarse. El apartamento lleno de mini cucarachas, un asco, reserve para 4 personas y los utensilios solo para 3, faltaban toallas para 2 personas y las sabanas para el sofá cama tampoco estaban, el sofá duro como una piedra. Con las cucarachas que había tuvimos que dormir mis hijas y yo en la cama y mi marido en el sofá. Al subir a la piscina según que biquini llevas no te dejan estar, una noche el guardia hizo taparse a mí hija, y al otro día yo con el mismo biquini otro de seguridad me hizo ir a cambiar, además te miran de arriba abajo, super incomodo.

Diego (1/5): - Las vistas de la piscina es por lo único que vale la pena Limpieza de la habitación escasa, un árbol de navidad en la habitación, se llevó dos días una cucaracha en el pasillo de las habitaciones. Normas muy estricta en la vestimenta de la piscina para las mujeres.

rob (2/5): not great at all - the check in procedure wasnt great at all, there were no clear instructions, we were just told irt was open 24 hours, it took us quite a while to find it, especially as the signs up for the name of the property do not match the luxe and colony name. the description and pictures on booking.com were not what we got, the pictures were of a different unit completely, the description also gave the impression this was a spacious 3 bedroom apartment when in fact third bedroom was a very cramped unit by itself, in that unit the shower door was broken, in the main unit the carpets and curtains were dirty, there were cockroaches in both.

Ferran MV (8/5): - Relación calidad precio, ubicación y sobre todo las vistas desde la piscina en la azotea piso 35. Justo en la planta baja hay un seven eleven lavandería y varias tiendas. Habitacion pequeña pero limpia y funcional. No lo he puesto un 9 o un 10 porqué en la terraza había una zona después del balcón llena de colillas y suciedad varia.

Nassima (1/5): Très sale je déconseille. Hall avec plein de cafard. - La vue que les tours petronas était exceptionnelles Le logement est sale. Non conforme aux photos. Attention ⚠️ très salle. Sol sale, les murs sont sales, salle de bain avec odeur nauséabondes très très sale. Pour se rendre dans le logement, il faut en premier lieu aller dans un petit centre co coller à la Tours. C’est infesté de cafard c’est écœurant. Le logement était censé avoir un canapé lit, il n’y était pas. En dessous des housse du canapé c’était rempli de déchet. Le micro-onde sans assiette qui tourne : du jamais vue. Odeur dégoût dans les toilettes. Quand j’ai contacté le propriétaire j’ai eu un message automatique (qui m’informe qu’avant de poster mon avis je devais les contacter. Proposition d’un rabais sur prochain séjour en échange d’une note de 10 étoiles. Je comprends mieux les centaines de messages positif) N’Y ALLEZ PAS c’est sale.
Aigerim (3/5): - Очень старые апартаменты , грязно повсюду , лифты в ужасном состоянии, бассейн на крыше с хорошим видом, но вода в нем желает лучшего. Депозит еще нужно оставлять 200 рингитов. Не рекомендую от слово совсем.

Te hablan bastante mal lo cual deberían hacérselo mirar para el pastizal que vale el hotel. Hay millones de opciones mucho mejores. Obvien este sitio. El edificio da pena, está sucio y los ascensores son una verdadera vergüenza

Lucy (3/5): It did the job as we were just sleeping there but we wouldn’t stay here again. - The room and balcony The elevators took about 10 minutes to actually arrive at some points. The reception is in a shopping mall the area not so nice. Wasn’t allowed to use the pool due to my swimwear (I booked the hotel specifically for the infinity pool) and was whistled at by a security guard to get out of the pool (very embarrassing)

Andriene (9/5): Lovely location - This was right in the heart of KL anything you wanted was close by. The room has everything you'd want for a visit. The view from the 23rd floor was amazing of the towers. Would definitely recommend or use again if in Malaysia. The balcony door didn't have a seal there was a grap, so I could hear all the traffic noises

Éva (6/5): It’s okay for the money but would not stay again - The location is fantastic. I walked to the twin towers with my 6 year old in 15/20 min. Loved the fact I had a kitchen. Balcony has no lock and with a toddler was scary. No hot water on our last day so was crazy to shower in cold water. Lift you have to wait 5/10 minutes to go down.
David Sehmi (5/5): Sehr schöne Unterkunft, aber Kaution lieber in Bar hinterlegen. - Die Zimmerausstattung war mega sogar mit Blick auf die Zwillingstürme. Kūche hat alles funktioniert. Abends am Pool zu liegen hat eine schöne Atmosphäre. Nur Regeln beachten zwecks tragen von "richtigen bikini ", sonst darf man nicht ins Wasser. Anfangs war ich leicht erschrocken über die vielen schlechten Bewertungen aber ich kann gar nichts schlechtes aussetzen. Mehr Fahrstühle hätte man einbauen können, da man immer lange warten muss bis mal einer kommt. Leider haben wir unsere Kaution nicht zurückbekommen. Nachrichten werden nun von uns ignoriert. Wir melden dies nun unserem Kreditinstitut.
Jorge (6/5): - El hotel está en una localización bastante buena. La piscina es increíble, con vistas preciosas a las torres pretronas. Las habitaciones están limpias y muy bien equipadas. Lo más incómodo de todo es que solamente te proporcionan UNA llave para dos personas. Yo estaba viajando con un amigo y obviamente te incomoda el viaje porque tienes que estar todo el tiempo juntos, necesitas la llave para aboslutamente todo, si quieres ir a la piscina o si quieres coger el ascensor necesitas la llave y se negaron a darnos una segunda llave. La secadora no funcionaba, en lugar de secar la ropa, salía más mojada y vertía agua por toda la habitación. Por último, teníamos un ventilador encima de la cama, pero estaba conectado a una luz justo encima del ventilador, por lo que no podíamos dormir usandolo, me pareció algo absurdo, claramente es un fallo en la instalación.

The washing machine is a big plus for me, they even provide detergents; the view was stunning. I’ll recommend this place 100% I arrived a bit late and it was very difficult to find the right “reception” to check in. I struggled a lot so please provide some guidance because the office is located in a neighbouring building. Also, the swimming pool was a bit cold but the view was stunning.

Chloe (1/5): infested with cockroaches - Didn't even stay here as the room was infested with cockroaches and ants! Asked to change room and was told there was no other rooms and they couldn't get a cleaner till the next day so we had to book at new hotel late at night!! Hotel apparenlty never replied to my claim through booking dotcom however was emailed by them to say we would get a full refund within 12 days. Avoid booking here

La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear, nos encontramos manchas en las sábanas y avisamos enseguida, nos prometieron que al día siguiente vendrían a cambiarnos la sábana y nunca vinieron.
Philip (7/5): Good, but needs better office location and hours of office access . This us important for airport - The office location was very confusing and not well marked for English speakers. The access to the elenvators was on the opposite side of the building requiring an outside entry, more confusion. Reversed I liked the sky pool and night view.

Luego la ventana de la habitación daba a un tragaluz/balcón con otra habitación, el huésped de al lado dejó esa luz encendida toda la noche y nos daba directamente esa luz de pleno a la cama, no dormimos bien esa noche.
