• Jan (10/5): Prachtig appartement, geweldige uitvalsbasis om Rome te ontdekken. - Het was een prachtig appartement, mooi ingericht, erg ruim. De ligging is geweldig, midden in de mooie wijk Prati, metrohalte om de hoek, vlakbij het Vaticaan. Veel leuke restaurants in de buurt, bakkertje en mini-market in de straat. Heel centraal gelegen dus. De host Fabiana reageerde snel en was goed bereikbaar. Hoewel een fijne, levendige buurt, was het 's nachts heerlijk rustig, totaal geen geluidsoverlast. We hadden een klein technisch mankementje, maar dat werd erg snel opgelost, goede service.

• Ziwen (4/5): - 地理位置很好，地铁站ottivania出来很近，附近一百米有家中餐馆，去梵蒂冈非常方便，步行就能到达 住宿洗澡水是电加热，有个加热器，如果持续洗澡超过30分钟就会没热水，还会发生电跳闸事件，等电恢复后需要等待20分钟才能再用上热水。烧水壶很混，感觉很久没人用过。房东回复及时，最后我们自己找到电闸总开关，恢复电源了。但是会在黑暗中感觉手忙脚乱。
• Diana (1/5): Very rude staff, no hospitality. - Location, very close to Vatican No hospitality. Staff was very rude. I don't recommend anyone. I regret staying there. Let me give more details why I regret. According to the check in instructions, the main door of the building would be opened automatically when you call a phone number. When I arrived to in front of the building at the evening with my husband and 2 kids, I called the phone number mentioned on the guide but it was not opened. I wrote to the staff to help us. Staff suggested me to beg to the other residents in the building to open the main door of the building. Staff wrote to us in Italian, not in English. I also tried to use translator in such a stressful and hard time. That was also another issue from my point of view. I pushed all the buttons of the building's ring and we distrupted many people in the building. No one opened the door for minutes. I and my family waited on the pavement for minutes with 4 luggages at the evening. I tried couple of times more and finally a neighbour spoke to me through the speaker of the ring system. I begged to her to open the main door and thanks to God she opened the door. I felt myself very hopeless at that time. The door may not be opened, something may go wrong, that's ok and understandable, some point. But staff's attitude is not acceptable. No support for solution, communication in Italian in such a hard and stressful time. Moreover; when we got into the apartment, we noticed that there was no soap in the toilet, no shampoo in the bath. I asked to the staff "don't you have soap in the toilet?" Staff replied me in Italian: "What can I do now?" After getting this reply, I stopped communication with the staff. I never mentioned about my any problem during our accommodation anymore because I understood that the staff's aim is not to help, not to support you. There were more issues that we have experienced with the apartment and the staff but I have already written too long.
