- Achot (3/5): Avoid Keygo – Terrible Experience! - Avoid Keygo – Terrible Experience! We have rented with Keygo twice. The first apartment was modern and clean, but the water in the bathroom and kitchen had such a strong chlorine smell that it reeked of bleach. The second apartment was a complete disaster. It was freezing cold, with no heating in the bedroom or bathroom. On top of that, the entire building was being painted with strong lacquer paint, making the whole apartment stink. We couldn’t sleep at all, suffered from severe headaches, and even experienced facial swelling. When we reported the issue, Keygo refused to help. They even laughed and told us to open a window—despite the fact that it was -5°C outside and there was no heating in the bedroom! We had to leave the apartment and couldn’t stay for the remaining two nights. When we requested a cancellation, they refused. Absolutely terrible experience with Keygo. Would never book with them again!
- Yura (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful and very cozy spacious apartment. The setting is unusual, especially the interior looks advantageous in the evening, with artificial lighting. The apartment is in the shade, which is delightful in the conditions of hot spring and summer weather. Just on the day we arrived, it was quite hot and there was no need to turn on the air conditioner (I don't like it). The location is very fortunate, and I can recommend it even for families with children.
- Marianna (10/5): Exceptional - Quite an expensive setting with a touch of luxury. There's even a decorative fireplace here—a beautiful interior solution. But it adds a lot of coziness and warmth. The hosts care about the environment—they provide a shopper bag for purchases, and you can stuff a lot into it.
