- Yvonne (3/5): Poor - The rental price for the unit was out of proportion. The apartment is old, small, not nicely furnished and it has poor mantainance!
- Nieto (10/5): Exceptional - The rooms balcony, kitchen. Especially the beach club and the beach itself TV in master bedroom couldn't connect to wifi. It was probably not a smart tv that you can connect to netflix and such apps for streaming. I would suggest also making it know that you need a keycard to use the gym at the beach club and that the card is found in the safe.

- Jason (9/5): Comfortable amenities make you feel like home - We really enjoyed the cleanliness of the condo, the quiet pool area at Reserva and the gym at the beach club. The gym is well-equipped for any level of workout with plenty of free weights. The condo has a comfortable deck seating area where we enjoyed looking out toward the ocean. The air conditioning worked really well to keep us cool. The washer and dryer were very nice as we needed to clean our clothes after a long trip. Annoying beeping sound on the safe when we arrived. The manager promptly sent a worker to remove the battery for the safe. Next day, we wanted to use the outdoor grill. There is no igniter switch on the grill and there was no lighter in the unit. We contacted the manager and they sent someone with a small lighter - so short you would never be able to ignite the burners. The WiFi went out daily. I had to reset the router multiple times a day. We talked with other residents in the complex and they didn't have WiFi challenges like we did.
