• Vivienne (6/5): - Proximity to metro and train station and Woolies (easy, flat walk), and the house was reasonably well equipped for cooking and laundry. House is in a pleasant street and is surprisingly quiet for its location. Pictures make place seem newer and more well appointed than it actually is. It needs a deep clean and dust, and maintenance for simple things that would make a stay more pleasant, such as fly screens, fixing fan in bathroom, and weeding the back courtyard. The place was very hot but there's no air con, and with windows open, the mozzies came in. Providing a top sheet as well as the duvet would be welcome. The twin room is upstairs and the stairs are quite steep and narrow. While this was fine for our kids (8, 10), those with much younger kids or with mobility issues should be aware of this.

• Rachael (7/5): Good location, good communication, nice space for a family of 4 to come home to - If using all bedrooms needed another heater as the house was quite cold. A few more cooking utensils and pans would have been useful for us

• Michael (7/5): Good - Great location. Superb suburb, very quiet and relaxed and close to train station, supermarket, parks and cafes. The fixtures are loose and in need of upgrades.
