Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Toby (10/5): 11 out of 10! This is what a holiday booking should be! Simply excellent. - The property was obviously loved! From the caring details such as tissues, signage, kitchen utensils, lights on timers, lovely hand soaps and washing detergent, air fresheners, etc, to the fabulous Weber bbq, decor and furniture! Everything was in great order, clean and ready to be used. We could not fault a thing! Nothing! Everything was perfect!

Mark (9/5): Big, beautifully presented and comfy. - Beautifully presented. Lovely view, nice beds. Very comfortable, living room and master bedroom both amazing. Good location within walking distance to cbd. Bathroom configuration not ideal for 2 or 3 couples. The owners instructions a bit excessive.
