• Leonie (1/5): - House was set in a good location The house was dirty and smelly and not as depicted in the online photos. No hot water on the second day as there was a fault and the fuse was tripped. Very disappointing
• FEI (4/5): not as good as expected, will never choose to stay the same place again - location is not bad strong smell in one of rear bedroom, but other rooms are still having bad smell. kitchen and dining table are not clean the hotwater is not working at the 2nd night plenty ants in the kitchen area

• Jackie (6/5): We made the best of average venue - Beds were comfortable but squeaky, nice clean towels, garage area for car Unfinished renovations everywhere, back toilet blocked on arrival and rendered unusable for our stay, very mish mash style of house, very used rug in lounge that was placed over new carpet was awful, doors don’t open easily and need shaving at the bottom to glide and open easily, very unappealing from the street, not quite like the listing online 🫩

• Nicki Lazarus (8/5): Pleasant, but cluttered - House was clean and well represented by the photos. Beds were comfy and towels were brand new. Communication was fantastic. Disappointed with kitchen supplies. I was going to cook for 7 on the Saturday night, but the utensils were sparse. House was a little cluttered, for 7 adults... Better suited for families with young children. The crockery (in the draws) is well overdue for replacement, a lot of chipped bowles. With that said, the table was set with crockery and it was nice, but we just put all that aside as it was too much to clean and reset. No larger bowls to serve snacks out of. Coffee machine was not working, but the electric jug did the job. The backyard was unkept, but we had not planned to use it, it just looked uncared for. Bins were overfull when we arrived.

• Neeraj (6/5): Pleasant - - Clean and tidy property - 5 minutes drive from shopping center/lake - Prompt communication with the host - Although from no fault of the owner, we experienced a situation where there was no running Hot water in the morning at 6AM and obviously I could not reach the owner until 8AM. He was able to promptly advise me to check if the circuit breaker has tripped, which turned out to be the problem in this case. I'd hope the cleaning crew should check before leaving so that the guests do not have to deal with this in future. - This is more of a personal preference but mattresses in majority of the rooms were too soft. I understand not everyone likes a firm mattress but in other properties that I've stayed, mattress were more comfortable. - Lighting especially in the hallway needs to be improved - Kitchen had all the relevant working appliances but it was not well stocked. I've experienced better hence providing this as a feedback
• Eddie (3/5): This place could have been great with a good clean and mow i - Close to freeway and shops Place was dirty when we arrived, we had to wash dishes (cups, glasses, cutlery etc) before we could use any of them. The bench was sticky and also had to be wiped prior to use. The curved shower door was off its track and had to be repaired before we could use it. Shame it didn't match the photos for presentation.

The host was super understanding and more than exceptionally reasonable, we were able to meet an agreement that worked for both of us and we had an enjoyable and safe stay I didn't know about there was an extra fee for having pets until after we booked. But then again, I should have asked before booking

It is spacious and decorated well, giving the home a warm and cozy feeling. We will definitely recommend this property to our family and friends. The showers need an upgrade to coincide with the rest of the house. The outdide bins were not emptied, so we had no room for our rubbish.
