Could use a bit of care & cleaning, few more dishes and pots, a working coffee press. The bedroom windows face a walkway so it is a bit loud but it was only on occasions and did not keep us up all night.

Comfy bed and pillows, everything was clean and so many extras like towels, an iron, hairdryer etc. there was nothing we needed that they didn’t provide and they were super helpful over text, have never had a better experience of customer service and going above and beyond. That we didn’t stay longer! It was a dream :)

• Jess (7/5): Enjoyable stay! - Good location, good view, nice size Having to get keys from a lock box from a different location to the apartment, was a bit of a hassle as it’s such a busy area and trying to find a park anywhere was night mate just to pick up keys then have to travel again to the apartment. The drive into the garage is so extremely tight we ended up parking down the street instead.
• Nathan (5/5): The only reason they can charge this much is because of the location. Otherwise, the place is a dump - The location was great. Partial view of the beach across the road. Access to a shared pool was a bonus, as it was cleaned regularly during our stay and well-maintained. The owner didn't respond to my request on the day asking if it was possible to check in earlier. We had to wait outside in the torrential rain for 2 hours. The shower had very little pressure. Water dribbles out, no matter what time of day or night. Owner demands that garbage is taken out to street bins, however provides no bin liners, and there was an empty bottle in the cupboard bin from the previous guest. Owner said that shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided, however there was no body wash or shampoo. We had to buy all of these (including bin liners). The BBQ, kitchen bench and cupboards were filthy from the previous guests. The tiled floors were gummy and sticky from years of oil and kitchen grease. They may have never been properly mopped. The pots are tiny. There was no pot large enough to boil pasta or anything larger than three potatoes. The drain in the bathroom sink is blocked and takes forever to drain. There was no AC, and one of the ceiling fans emitted a loud whine when in use. The matresses in the beds were ancient and extremely uncomfortable, and can be heard creaking when moved. Mine felt like it was on a permanent slope. The provided (extremely tiny) garage can only be accessed through an incredibly-narrow driveway between the building and adjacent wall. It was comically difficult to drive back out in our rented compact SUV, with literally millimetres of clearance on either side of the car. Don't even bother using it, just find parking on the street. It's much safer, trust me.

• Roy (5/5): better than first impressions. - Quiet, well equipped. Good wi fi and tv. Comfortable lounge. Bit tired and run down. carpet in bedroom very old, though well cleaned. In need of a freshen up, including painting. garage was inaccessible to our 4WD. Scaffolding around building raised some concerns, though in fact there was not a lot of noise from work.

• Celestina (8/5): Very good - Nice open room..fully equipped kitchen 😁,good vibe, close walk to cafes and shopping Needs a bit more cleaning, dishwashers was not working, but they fixed it and broke down again, reading light didn't go... But in the end of the day it was beautiful 🙏
• Colin (6/5): Good location and suitable place for a couple. - Good location Quite small considering it was labelled 2 bedrooms. It was in my opinion more of a studio with two bunks. It would only suit a couple or with a baby or toddler, in my opinion not more than that.
