• Ieli (1/5): - I came to LA to spend a time with my kids. One of my child is autistic and requires a home cooked food. So I booked this property especially for kitchen. When I arrived it's shocked me. First of all all furniture in the apartment is almost broken and old. In description said it's a modern. Then sink in the kitchen was stuck and water didn't goes away. I can not wash friuts,vegetables even a glasses or dishes. I reach a property but in 5 days nobody showed up to fix a problem. Then it was a dust everywhere. Walls upstairs, bathrooms were so dirty.

• Bram (9/5): Great for a family with older kids - As a father traveling with his teenage son and daughter this was a perfect place to stay after sharing several hotel rooms on our trip. The extra space and privacy (everyone got his/her own room/space), no need for sharing beds. It’s true it’s not suitable for 10 people and I don’t think it’s fair to advertise as such, but if you read the description, you’ll see there are only three beds. In my opinion it’s great for three couples or a family with older children Not much. For us it was great
• Darius (6/5): This place was good for the money and if it is for a single person or small group. - Pros: - The communication between the hosts and me was great. - The price was really good for the area. - Location was awesome - close to many things. - Great parking space - really helpful. - Awesome place for a MAX of about 3-6 people (2 people in the loft space bed, 1-2 in each of the other beds). Cons: - The Internet is spotty in the primary suite (downstairs). I think that the extender [Orbi] needs to be set up/reconnected so guests can connect to that, and the TV can be connected to that. Either that or purchase another extender and have guests connect to that. - A little warmer in the primary suite vs. the rest of the house (not bad though). - Ice maker in refrigerator doesn't work/produce ice (I moved the lever and it sounded like it was making ice, but wasn't). - The water pressure is not good at all - the shower dribbles, doesn't shoot out. - The couch in the living room is not very comfortable. It dips in places and really just needs to be replaced. It's not the red one in the picture. [I have video of some of the issues that could be easy fixes for a better stay].

• Michael (6/5): Good location but NOT suitable for more than six people - The location is very good. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and all the attractions can be easily reached by car. It was also great that we had our own parking space where we could even fit both of our cars. The apartment is not suitable for more than six people. There is no couch that is big enough for even one person to sleep on. There are two couches that would be wide enough but are about two feet too short for an adult to sleep on. The apartment was also not clean. The cutlery and dishes were sticky, there was lots of dust everywhere, the toaster was not usuable because of something sticky inside - it started smoking when we tried to use it. Also, the water pressure in the shower is very bad.
• Tobias (1/5): Feels like I was scammed - Easy check in We suddenly got moved to a different smaller home, cus of "damage" which they never specified. 12 hours before our flight. Offered a discount, which we never received. Threatened to cancel the booking so we had to accept the smaller home anyways. And the smaller home had less beds so one of us had to sleep on a horrible futon with not enough linnen in the home to cover it. Booking here was a terrible experience.
