• Franzmathes (10/5): Spacious, quiet and convenient! - Property had ton of space which was great after a long travel day. Close to train station so we didn't have to go far with our stuff. It was a little spendy.

• Davide (10/5): Semplicemente meraviglioso. - Abbiamo unito la mia e la famiglia di mia sorella ed eravamo in 8, l'alloggio è enorme, pulitissimo, arredato con mobili di pregio e con tutti gli accessori che possono servire per qualche giorno di vacanza e relax. I tre bagni sono stati una comodità assoluta per tante persone nello stesso alloggio. Letti e cuscini comodissimi, cucina molto ben attrezzata, il personale alla consegna delle chiavi, gentilissimo. La posizione è molto centrale e comoda a tutto, compresa una Coop a due passi per fare un po' di spesa. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Sinceramente non riesco a trovare lati negativi nel nostro soggiorno, ovviamente la dimensione ed il prezzo dell'alloggio lo rendono molto appetibile solo a gruppi di almeno 5-6 persone, per una coppia è esagerato.

• Valeriia (10/5): - We really loved the apartment – it was amazing, spacious, and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the staff were extremely helpful, always ready to assist and explain everything we needed to know. We stayed here as a group of eight people and had a wonderful time. The only downside we experienced was a rather unpleasant neighbor upstairs, but apart from that, everything was excellent.

• Richard (10/5): Perfect Apartment, neighborhood, location and management - The property was beautiful and better than expected. I felt like I was in a museum with a remarkably high ceiling approximately twelve feet. The center hallway which ran front to back was approximately twenty feet wide and along the perimeter were the four bedrooms with 2 ½ bathrooms. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans etc. The kitchen also had an electric tea pot, expresso k-cup machine with free samples and a drip coffee pot. Also surprisingly, they had a jar of fresh ground coffee. The refrigerator/ freezer was tall. I would like if they had ice trays for the Americans. Americans like ice. I very much like the neighborhood, and it is close to several good restaurants and coffee bars. The neighborhood was very family oriented. Management/owners were extremely helpful. Management made the arrangement for our speedboat which took us from and to the airport which I highly recommend. Nothing.

• Anne-marie (10/5): great location, fabulous apartment for large groups - We were a party of seven friends, and the apartment was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space for everyone, no fighting over bathrooms. Our hosts Silvio and Enrica were extremely nice, and Silvio spent time showing us things to do in the local area. The apartment itself was large, clean and comfortable, with lots of amenities. Great location close to a supermarket and several good restaurants, plus not too far to walk from the train station. Having the large communal area in the middle of the apartment was a bonus for socialising together playing card games etc. We even had a special birthday treasure hunt! It was a wonderful place to stay and well worth it for large groups, great value for money. Would definitely stay there again on the next visit to Venice! In one bathroom the shower was challenging cos the hose thingy was hard to manage - didn't stay in place, so we just showered in one of the other bathrooms.

• Tudor (10/5): Magnificent appartment in Venice - Huge appartment with high ceilings, very clean, rooms big with all the comfort. Everything was perfect. Easy to collect the key, 2 and 1/2 bathrooms - perfect for 8 persons. Outside the center so very quiet area, but very close by foot. A litte bit insonnorised in the morning we heard the noises ans the voices outside withe the windows closed. The nieghbopurs upstaires complained the evening for us talking, and it was quiet - I was withe the family, not noisy at all...

• Carlos (9/5): Venice with family - Located in a more quiet neighbourhood but also very nice. You can see local people, therefore avoiding super-crowded streets. We were a family of 6 adults and 2 kids and felt really comfortable, the apartment has all you need for a few days in Venice. The staff managing the apartment are really fast answering all the necessary information and showed very helpful arranging some services for us.

• Vijay (10/5): simply perfect. - In every aspect, it is perfect place to stay with family; many good restaurants around, co-op super market is in 5 mins walking distance. closest boat stop too in 5 mins walking distance. simply perfect. nothing to say here.
• Nikolaus (7/5): A temporay home in Venice for the extended family - The communication with the managing office was professional and always very fast. There were several people involved, so that it was not always clear what the status of our special request (to be able to enter early and leave our luggage, as we arrived at 9 am) was at a given time. The location is good, easy to reach on foot from the train station as well as from the vaporetto stations Riva de Biasio and San Stae. Really excellent is the Campo S. Giacomo da l'Orio nearby, were you find a very good baker, a fruit and vegetable vendor, so-called natural ice cream, a COOP and four restaurants, three of which we tried and found satisfactory. The appartement itself was spacious with high ceilings, a well-equipped kitchen and modern bathrooms. It has a nice view of the Campo S. Zandegola with the church of the same name and a canale. During the day, plenty of tourists wander through this campo, but nobody stays, as there is absolutely no seating around. A nice touch were no less that five umbrellas on the ready next to the entrance, as well as plenty of liquid soap and toilet paper and so on. We were supposed to be met at 11.15 am for the keys and instructions, but the person arrived an hour later. The interior design was not entierly to our taste, a lot of plastic furniture with an pseudo venetian look mixed with modern cupboards and leather seats, but it was functional and there was more than enough storing space. The water cooker was broken and did not get replaced during our four-day stay, even when we passed on this information on our first morning.
• Jing (10/5): Very Comfortable - The Apt is very spacious. Rooms are comfortable. The best of the apr is its helpful staff. We booked a water taxi at 5am for our 4 parents from the Apt to the bus station to roviji. The parents who are about 70 years old Ana does not speak English. The water taxi did not show up at 5am. And my husband, two kids and I are ready at the airport to fly back to New York. The emergency contact of the Apt Analisa Vov picked up the phone at 5am and tried her best to help our parents. After couple hour efforts. The water taxi company agreed to hire a private car driver to send our parents to Croatia. We feel so grateful and if you book the Apt, it is for sure the Managment Comoany staffs will be always there to help you solve any urgent issues.
