- Maria Selena (1/5): Uninhabitable at Check-In, No Full Refund Despite Host Acknowledgment - I arrived at the property at the agreed check-in time and found it in an unacceptable and unhygienic condition. As it was not habitable, I had no option but to leave immediately and book alternative accommodation. The host acknowledged that the property was not in acceptable condition at the time of my arrival, but denied a full refund, claiming that I chose to cancel.

I spent 4 nights there, satisfied with everything. The owner, Usman, was very attentive, gave detailed instructions on all the nuances of staying remotely. In the kitchen you could heat food in the microwave and make tea, you can't cook food on the cooker, but I didn't need to, I only used glasses and drew filtered water from the tap. Nice clean clean bathroom, everything worked, there was a hairdryer. Access to the flat was at all times thanks to our own keys. The top floor was not accessible, the tenants lived there, the kitchen was shared with them. It was quiet and peaceful. I recommend to all who like me come for business or as tourists. Everything was fine. But I missed the opportunity to iron my shirt. No iron. Also, it would have been nice to be able to use a private wardrobe to hang things up, but the hangers in the common hallway were enough for me.
