- Sabine CH (7/5): - Gute Anbindung an ÖV vor allem ins Versazcatal. Freundliche Vermieter, sprechen allerdings nur Italienisch. Wer eine günstige Wohnung sucht, die gut an den ÖV angebunden ist, nicht viel Zeit in der Wohnung verbringen möchte und auch nicht ausgiebig kochen oder grillieren möchte oder im Außenbereich chill, ist hier richtig. In der Küche hat es alles vorhanden, was nötig ist zum Kochen. Zum täglich frisch und ausgiebig zu kochen, ist es allerdings nicht so gäbig eingerichtet / ausgestattet. Das Haus ist alt und die Wohnung wurde selber renoviert. Es riecht etwas in der Wohnung und hat Schimmel im Bad. Der Balkon ist sehr schmal und der kleine Aussenbereich ist nicht sehr gemütlich (keine Aussicht, wenig Platz und Verkehrslärm), was uns jedoch bewusst war.
- Valerie (6/5): - Check in und Check out waren sehr unkompliziert. Als Willkommens-Gruss stand ein grosser Geschenkkorb bereit und die Küche war mit Gewürzen etc. gut eingerichtet. Für uns war die Lage aus Ausgangspunkt ins Verzascatal sehr passend. Die Wohnung war oberflächlich geputzt, aber leider überall etwas schmuddelig. Tiefkühler total vereist und dreckig, Mikrowelle verbrösmelt, Küchenschränke mit Fingerabdrücken, Haare auf den Duvets. Es wirkte leider alles etwas unhygienisch und etwas heruntergekommen.

- Liliana (1/5): - Nunca vi nada tão sujo sendo um apartamento para alugar !!! Teias de aranha por todo o lado … o apartamento em si não estava nada limpo . Para nunca mais voltar !!!

- Roland (7/5): Gute Unterkunft für einen Kurzaufenthalt. - Die Wohnung war genügend gross für 4 Personen. Unkompliziert bezüglich An- und Abreise (späterer Check-out) Etwas mehr Küchenausstattung wäre super.
- berangere (9/5): Parfait - Les matelas… On a super bien dormi, première fois qu’on dort dans des matelas à mémoire de forme et c’était top! Il y avait des commentaires négatifs sur le bruit des voisins du dessus… On les a légèrement entendu au réveil la première nuit mais ça ne nous a pas empêché de dormir jusqu’à 9h30!

- Peter (9/5): Für uns ideale Lage zum Wandern und Biken. Wir waren jewils nur am Abend und in der Nacht dort! - Alles vorhanden was man braucht! Ruhig, trotzdem, dass man direkt an der Hauptstrasse ist! Die Ausicht! Die Wohnung umgeben von Häusern! Der Parkplatz, nur für kleine Auto geeignet! Parkplätze in der Nähe vorhanden!

- Michael (9/5): Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bei toller Lage - Die Lage und die Besitzer waren sehr zuvorkommend
- Arman (10/5): Great apartment and kind host. - Very nice apartment and host is really kind and responsive. Also kept lot of snacks and water for us😋 We were travelling with Mini Cooper which could fit in the parking spot beside main road but if someone is travelling with big car then it might be hard.

- L. (7/5): Nice full equipped apartment with noisy neighbours - The apartment had a well equipped kitchen and a parking space directly in front of the house. The location is quite nice and it's perfect if you want to go to Valle Verzasca or Locarno. The host provided us some small presents which was also quite nice The neighbours in the flat above the apartment are very loud. They moved the furniture in the middle of the night and you can hear them all day long and also in the night. Seems like the celing is very thin
