• ghenassia (9/5): L'adresse parfaite pour profiter du lac Léman à Vevey - La courtoisie des collaborateurs de l'hôtel, les multiples attentions pour les clients, l'emplacement de l'hôtel face au Léman, la taille et la décoration de la chambre alliant confort moderne et charme classique, la piscine de 24 mètres et le jacuzzi... Déçue par le restaurant 3C qui n'est pas à la hauteur de l'hôtel : service moyen bien que de bonne volonté, presentation qui laisse à désirer, et plats qui n'ont rien d'exceptionnel. J'espérais une meilleure découverte culinaire. La chambre est très bien équipée, il ne manque qu'une bouilloire et du thé.

Das Hotel ist günstig gelegen. Der Spa Bereich ist relativ ungemütlich. Es hat wenige Liegen und die Beleuchtung führt zu keinem schönen Ambiente. Zudem hat es nur eine kleine Textilsauna.

I had the chance to receive a deep tissue massage from Monsieur Eric, who turned out to be an osteopath and a skilled physiotherapist! He worked magic on my shoulders' and upper back! The view from our balcony was pretty amazing! Also, the foyer was beautifully appointed! PS...The staff is beyond gracious and nice! The hotel is a bit tired in the communal areas; one sink had a large crack which is surprising given the Leading Hotel designation. That said, as we once lived in London, this felt like a Grand Estate - albeit a bit worn in some areas :)

The restaurant terrace was nice overlooking the lake, and with a beautiful fountain in the middle. Pool was lovely and there were sufficient amount of sun-beds on outside terrace. The hotel feels slightly dated, there were no lounge areas to sit and rest and enjoy the views of the lake, unless standing on the terrace. This feels like a missed opportunity.

Onze kamer was heerlijk groot. Wij hadden ons kleine hondje bij en die heeft een fijne mand en snoepjes gekregen. Zeer goede service en erg aardig personeel.

• Silvia (9/5): Tornerei non appena possibile - Posizione eccellente, staff gentilissimo, bella terrazza sia per la colazione (ottima);che per il bar ristorante (ottima scelta di piatti, bevande e vini, personale attento nel proporre vini della regione e attento alle esigenze del cliente). Spa piacevole, bell'idromassaggio, un punto di merito per la palestra sufficientemente ben fornita (spesso in strutture analoghe si trovano solo un paio di tapis roulant e di cyclette). Molto gentili nel consigliare itinerari turistici nella vicina Lavaux. Non sono riuscita ad utilizzare il wifi. Ma non ho segnalato il problema (rimanendo una sola notte non era essenziale): sono sicura che se l'avessi fatto presente in reception mi avrebbero aiutato.
