• Guest (1/5): Very disappointing 😞 - No communication with host. Host not returning messages or calls. Apartment not cleaned. No coming utensils. No knives, forks or spoons no cutlery. No dishcloth. Ants all over the kitchen for 4 days.1 dinner plate. Check in was at 2pm sat outside for 2 hours and got keys at 4pm😡

• Emma (3/5): Below par - I would expect more from the price I pay. - It was modern. Hosts are responsive and provide all information. A few things could have been improved: - amenities I.e. hand soap were not provided to begin with - bed sheets were not cleaned properly (had a not dried properly sent) and the zip on the bed cover was broken - mouldy shower - tables and chairs were dirty and sticky Overall, the place has potential but needed to be cleaned and taken care of properly

• Fairlie (1/5): Terrible do not book - Do not stay here. Communication is non existent . Tried numerous times to contact property to arrange check in. Heard nothing until an hour before arrival. I had to make another booking elsewhere, as didn’t want to be left without accommodation after a long flight . Still charged for our stay 🤬 DO NOT BOOK !!
• Dianne (3/5): would not recommend, poor host, poor communication - location was changed over spoiled door lock, no proper explanations were given, room was downsized to another location somewhere else
• Trang (6/5): The team managing this apartment ripped off booking guests. We can not do review on the second booking because they canc - The apartment looks new and has a good view. We were enjoyed our stay in this apartment but the problems began with the staff as the below story… … After my first booking with them I booked via booking.com for another stay, then they contacted me direct to informed me that they had some problems with the apartment the same day and offered me another place where they host. That’s became the disaster for us once we accepted to exchange as we were not allowed to cancel the booking. The place they’re exchanged us in D.4 in an old apartment, the bed was not comfortable, the AC was noisy, the toilet was dirty. We tried to talk with them to ask to change to but they refused it and didn’t reply to our messages. We leave the house after first night and lost our money for 1 night as they did not respond to our request of changing. That’s totally ripped off the returning guest
• Manjit (1/5): TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE - THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE BLACKLISTED - TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, The apartment was very dirty & had not been clean't. The sink was smelling because of food stuff left behind by the previous people. For Crockery, there was only 1 plate & only 2 cups, There was only 1 fork & 1 knife, no spoons. there was no purifier for drinking water.. There was no soap or hand wash for washing hands. The steam iron did not work, There were no garbage bags. The contact number given did not respond. When we reached the apartment, we requested them for an early check in, they said that apartment is not available for early check in, after a few minutes they said that the apartment is available for early check in provided we pay an additional 300k VND. We agreed to make the additional payment. They demanded cash payment to be made, when i refused & said i shall pay only by credit card, they said that they do not have card machine & they demanded that we give them our passports as security. when I refused to give them our passport as security, they were extremely rude & told us to leave the apartment & wait on the road in the extreme heat with my family including my 14 year old son & 5 suitcases. and told me to come back after 2 hrs when they arranged for card machine. They charged me 3% extra for credit card payment. . They are not giving me invoice / bill for the payment that i have made. Through my entire stay & repeated reminders, i did not the basics like the apartment cleaning, hand wash soap, cutlery, crockery, iron for clothes, garbage bags etc. There is no access to THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE & I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO STAY IN THIS APARTMENT. I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGGEST THAT BOOKING.COM SHOULD BLACKLIST THESE PEOPLE. Another very unfortunate part is that even after complaining to booking.
• Mardi (5/5): This must be a privately owned apartment so the hotel reception couldn’t help us - Not a bad location Two towels and two hand towels for 4 people, and not enough toilet paper. Quite smelly. The second bed is tiny

• Thanh (10/5): Exceptional - The hostess is enthusiastic and helps quickly with anything you need. The house is new, beautiful, and fully equipped. The central location is easy to get around. If I have the opportunity to travel to Saigon for the second time, I will definitely book this place again.
