Downstair has a lot of shops and restaurants. The furniture is not good and worth the price. The Sofa has one big hole and is dirty. The bidet sprayer was broken. The spring mattress is really really bad, that hurt our back everyday. Compared to other host in this building, it was hard to take the key when checkin, and need to pay for the parking. So sorry to give you these feedback but i hope you can improve your service.

- Hilmi (8/5): Value for money stay - Its at the main street along Old Klang Road. If you’re from a late night flight and is doing late check in You may have difficulty accessing the mail room, you have to find a security guard to let you access the room so you can get your keys. And he could be elsewhere probably doing his rounds. Also, the dual key units, the doors are pretty thin, you can hear the next door talking if they’re loud.

I don't like the smell, as it reeks of cigarette smoke. The owner didn't provide free parking for guest, so i had to pay for overnight parking. However , the owner was very responsive. Overall, the room was disappointing, especially due to the strong odor of cigarette smoke. The fan was dusty, and the room lacked proper hygiene. I hope the owner can address these issues in the future
- Chen (1/5): Unacceptable and unpleasant experience!!!! - not at all. I have encountered several unacceptable issues during my stay that caused significant inconvenience and discomfort.
During my stay, the toilet door in the room automatically locked itself, trapping our personal belongings inside. Despite contacting the management immediately, I received no assistance or advice during the midnight hours.
On the next day afternoon, I was assured by the management that a technician would be dispatched to unlock the door . However, there were no updates or actions taken until I reached out again. This lack of response and support resulted in an extremely unpleasant experience.
Due to this incident, my companion and I were unable to shower or use the bathroom, which was particularly problematic as we had an early appointment the following morning. The inability to access the bathroom facilities was unacceptable and greatly affected our overall experience.
Furthermore,I was unable to travel back to Johor Bahru as scheduled which causing additional stress and inconvenience.
Given the severity of the issues and the poor response from the room management, I have requested a full refund for my stay and none of them take this as consideration.
The auto-locking toilet door and the lack of timely assistance from the room are entirely unacceptable!!!!

Furnishing of the room was decent & comfortable. 1. The warm & stuffy lobby lounge. The fan installed is not efficient. The air doesn’t circulate properly even when the windows are opened.
2. The experience of checking in & retrieving the keys from the locked mail room is absolutely unpleasant & inconvenient. Waited 16 minutes for Gomain to contact me to initiate the check-in process. Wait for security guard’s assistance to open the mail room for 10 minutes but no show. I had to wait for an opportunity to tail behind a resident into the mail room to retrieve the room cards & key. The whole process took me 1 hour - from moment initiated the check-in process until I retrieve the cards.
3. Wish the stay comes with an allocated parking space, extra power point in the toilet for hair dryer, dish rack by the pantry sink & drinking water dispenser (it is not an expensive investment).
4. They provided washing machine but the grocery downstairs doesn’t sell laundry detergent.
5. Personally, I feel that their interior cabinets are over provided. They don’t serve practical purpose other than taking up the space.

They also offer seasonal parking which really benefits travellers with cars. The purpose of the trip is to attend a concert in Stadium Bukit Jalil, was quite close to the stadium by car.

They responded quickly to our inquiries and resolved issues efficiently. The staff did their best to ensure we felt comfortable. We also appreciated the amenities in the room. Since we stayed for an extended period, having a kitchen, a washing machine, and other facilities was essential for us. The beds were comfortable to sleep on. We could also watch movies on the TV, and the internet was always fast. Housekeeping services were offered regularly. The pool was cool, but that's understandable given the rainy weather. It was convenient that the hotel had several grocery stores, a coffee shop downstairs, and a beautiful park on the 8th floor. The elevators were quick. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay again. -

The pictures didn't match reality (studio instead of 1-bedroom), advertised location was wrong (not near Mid Valley), and the host was unresponsive to safety concerns. Check-in/out was complicated, and a separate deposit to their bank account (unfriendly for foreigners) was unexpected. While the building seemed nice, the host issues overshadowed it. I don't recommend this host. Unresponsive Host and Safety Concerns: My attempts to contact the host regarding safety issues in the room went unanswered. This lack of communication was frustrating and concerning.

- Nur (2/5): Please improve your quality - I booked because I love millerz but this agency is worst experience ever. This property is the worst I've booked, the sink was super oily and dirty. The towel so smelly. They provide dishwash but it's so watery and not even foaming!! Also when I complain the did not take any action but instead saying will inform cleaner? Like what can the cleaner do? Instead of take action come and provide another one or even say sorry they just say like that will inform cleaner? Like what? And also the pillow are so thin and the bed I can feel the spring while laying down. What's the worst part is, the Wi-Fi was sharing with other unit!! The modem they put at room 1 while I'm at room 2 and it's 2 different unit! Because it's a studio house each unit so the put the 1 modem and share 2 unit!! THE WI-FI SO DAMN SLOW AND IT PISSED ME OF because I'm here for work not holiday. I need the Wi-Fi, plus they ask for security deposit RM200 and I call booking.com regarding this and booking.com said they SUPPOSED TO
NOT TAKE OR ASK ANY SECURITY DEPOSIT because it's already under booking.com. And also when I complain regarding the Wi-Fi is so slow they said need to wait for the other guest and the other house restart the modem like what? I booked a studio unit should have not sharing anything even Wi-Fi? Doesn't make sense at all. 1 Wi-Fi sharing with 2 unit. Please to anyone that want to book here please avoid or don't book this unit E-15-03 unit 2.

We coincidentally met the housekeeping staffs while they were going to clean the other room. They're really kind, polite and helpful. The woman staff showed me which access card to use for room, lifts and doors. I was impressed. Definitely had our good time staying here.
- Elvis (10/5): Exceptional - During my 7-month trip to Asia, I finally had a real home here again. The kitchen is functional, the view from the balcony is amazing. Not to mention the pool on the 43rd floor. The apartment is also very well insulated against noise. The brilliant shower also contributes to the well-being. There is a bus station right next to the building, and there is also a free shuttle bus that runs every hour. A nice shopping center is a 10-minute walk away. Opposite is a food court that is open at least 70 hours, but there is also no shortage of excellent restaurants in the area. There is also another shop not only in the lobby but also on the same floor. The landlords are very easy to reach day and night and help with any concerns. I can only say thank you and I am sure that the next time I come to Kuala Lumpur, I will rent this apartment again. Thank you very much.

- Theda (8/5): It was okay. - The apartment was okay. It was not exceptional for the price. I would stay there again probably. The owner or the people I dealt with seemed a little argumentative. My eyes aren't great and the tiny numbers on the mailbox lock were difficult to see.

- Maksym (1/5): Bad - They also took a deposit of 200 MYR from us, which was not refunded. Very poor room service. They deceive customers. We didn't like anything. The bedding should have been changed in time, but instead of changing it, they simply turned it upside down to hide the stains.
It was just smeared with food, and there's nothing terrible about it. Also, the security deposit was paid separately by us, and they didn't return it, arguing that we smeared the bedding and lost the parking card. But the parking card was also left in the room, and during the cleaning, it was stolen by the company's employees, who then accused us of its loss.
Right after we left the card in the room, because we stopped using the rented car and had been without a car for about 4 days, they wrote to us some time later, claiming there were problems with our card. This seemed strange to me, as we hadn't been using the car. They also said that the management company in this residential complex had informed them of the card issue. I went to their office, and they told me that there was no problem and everything was fine.
Conclusions:
The card was in the room, and it was stolen by an employee of the company (two Indians) who were cleaning, in order to later accuse us of losing the card.
The cleaning was done very poorly; they didn't properly clean the room and didn't change the bedding.
The bedding wasn't damaged; it just needed to be washed – that's what they do in all hotels.
