• Abigail (1/5): - Location is ok . Well when we gor there from a long day at volleyball tournaments at midnight, someone was in our room . Calm the number i was provided 20 times and finally I get someone , they send us to another room and tells me the ket is under the matt . Not safe . So we got a room at 1245am . This room has no extra blankets or towels the tub that has jets didnt work. My son and I seen roaches on the floor . Needless to say I was speechless and they dont want to do anything to resolve this . I contacted customer service and they said 24 hours and someone will contact me and they didnt. I went to check to see if they messaged me back and they kicked my complaint out and no response back . They was to refund me 143.00 and I paid 472.00 .. The math doesn't add up They dont want to resolve this issue. Be careful when booking at this place .
• Linda (6/5): The unit was in a great location but interior could use some updating. - We had a kitchen and it had the basic kitchen appliances and necessities so we were able to cook breakfast. That saved alot of time in the morning and money. The location of the unit and the facility was ideal. The unit was on the third floor of the building and in the corner so it was very.private. There was an ample amount of parking. The resort was in a great location! Very close to everything, the Disney Parks, all the attractions, the outlet mall, etc. The living room furniture was uncomfortable. We were unable to stretch out and relax. There is road noise from the main street in front of the property which made sleeping a little difficult.

• Bragg (4/5): no 2nd visit - it was roomy the front door was weak as if it had been kicked in, I had to prop furniture in front of it to make the women feel safe. you could tell that it hasn't been deep cleaned in months. the sheets and blankets were stained and some smelt bad. would be a nice place if they spent some some time fixing and cleaning the unit.

• Dennaoui (9/5): Excellent stay, as expected - Everything was clean, well organized, all supplies for dishwasher/ washing mashine/ cooking ustensils/ coffee even cooking oil was available. Main road noise in the master bedroom
• Marina (10/5): Wonderful Unit near Disney!! - Easy access to the room key. We stayed during the World Cheer competition that was being held at the ESPN center so there were many cheerleaders, families, and friends around. No problems with parking. The unit was VERY spacious for two (2) people. Well maintained and beautifully decorated! The unit is next to the road with traffic. Noise levels weren't bad at night but you can hear when things start cranking up in the morning.

• Manal (10/5): This will be 100% my go to next time I visit Orlando! - Everything was great! Location, cleanliness, amenities, etc. The view perhaps... but it didn't matter since you can go down to G floor and enjoy the beautiful garden there
• Akia (10/5): We will be back multiple times - I love the space and the fact that they thought of all the amenities to make you feel like you are home even away from home. I loved the fact that it was super clean and the owner was amazing I wanted to stay and extra night and they made it super easy to extend the time with no interruptions overall we will be back next year for sure Nothing this place was amazing
