• Diana (9/5): Cozy flat - The flat, even though between zone 2 and 3, has a bus stop 1 min walk. From there, you can take bus 260 or 266 to Willesden Green Station where you can take the metro. This flat has everything you need to spend a one week holiday with your family. Beds and pillows are comfortable, heating and shower pressure are amazing. I recommend this place. I would just recommend to change the broom handle, it's to short to be used by an adult.

• Vos (1/5): Idee is leuk, uitvoering is slecht. - Dat het in Londen was. Het concept is goed, maar de uitvoering slecht. De foto’s zijn niet actueel en geven een vertekend beeld van de staat en indeling. Zo is er bijvoorbeeld geen kitchenette meer en is het echt slecht onderhouden en vies. Het appartement staat in een slechte wijk, is slordig afgewerkt en slecht onderhouden (o.a. lekkage, schimmel, loslatende tegels, wasbak die niet doorliep, achtertuin vol onkruid). Eén badkamer was onbruikbaar zonder voorafgaande melding. Hygiëne is onder de maat: vuile en kapotte voegen, vieze meubels en servies, muffe geur gemaskeerd met geurproducten. Matrassen waren zichtbaar vies. Voor 6 dagen maar 1 handdoek per persoon. Voorzieningen: beschadigd meubilair, defecte schoonmaakapparatuur en pannen met kapotte anti-aanbaklaag. Inrichting kloppen niet met 6 personen: onvoldoende zitplaatsen aan tafel en op de bank en te weinig kleine borden en geen diepe borden. Communicatie met de eigenaar is slecht; inhoudelijke reacties blijven uit. Conclusie: Door misleidende informatie, gebreken en slechte hygiëne absoluut de prijs niet waard.
• Natanael (7/5): Hubiera sido perfecto si hubieran funcionado las dos duchas. - La distribución de la casa me gustó. 3 dormitorios grandes y comedor en el medio. Una de las dos duchas estaba fuera de servicio. En nuestro caso éramos 6 personas esperando turno para ducharnos en el otro baño. Y se hacía un poco desesperante.
• Aline (6/5): Logement suffisant si vous ne faites qu'y dormir comme nous-mêmes - L'emplacement : malgré le fait que l'appartement soit en zone 3, on accède facilement aux centres d'intérêts de Londres, nothing hill. Et l'appartement n'est pas loin d'un sainsbury's. Le logement dispose de grandes chambres. Ainsi nous avons déplacé un des matelas pour l'installer au sol dans une autre chambre afin que nos trois filles dorment ensemble. Malgré les points négatifs notés ci-dessous le logement fait l'affaire pour quelques jours. En sachant que nous n'avons fait qu'y dormir. Aucun contact avec le propriétaire ou le personnel. Hormis m'envoyer l'adresse et le code, je n'ai eu aucune réponse à mes questions (présence de produits d'hygiène, nécessité de faire le ménage). J'ai donc fait le ménage, avec un aspirateur qui fonctionne vraiment mal. Il est noté que nous avions Netflix mais les deux derniers jours, plus rien. Propriétaire informé et toujours pas de réponse. Un airfryer était sur les photos mais rien dans le logement... Une des deux douches cassées. Et enfin nous étions 5 mais seulement 2 chaises et un banc ne permettant qu'à deux personnes de s'asseoir. Quant au ménage, cela nécessiterait un petit nettoyage à fond : traces de saletés sur le mur de la pièce de vie, toile d'araignée au plafond de la chambre, traces d'humidité dans la salle de douche fonctionnelle. Et une des chaises aux taches suspectes. Enfin quand nous avons déplacé le matelas, nous avons constaté celui-ci pourrait être changé car présente plusieurs auréoles jaunâtres...

• Edit (9/5): - Nagyon szép, tiszta volt a szállás. Csendes környéken található. Vendéglátó nagyon kedves volt és segítőkész. Közel van a metró, buszmegállók. Sok étterem és bolt van a közelben. A központ könnyen megközelíthető.

• Gabriela (7/5): - Bardzo wygodne łóżka, duża powierzchnia, dobrze zaopatrzona kuchnia, lokalizacja blisko autobusu i metra, cicha okolica, łatwe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. Skomplikowane włączanie kaloryferów, ciepła woda tylko pod jednym prysznicem, meble raczej zużyte.

• Anna (8/5): Family of 5 on a week vacation - Nice apartment for a short stay. Public transportation very close, just a short busride to ASDA, outlet mall and more. The sofa is wornout and rather uncomfortable and the apartment needs some paint. It would be nice to have lamps on the bed-side tables and a couple of hooks for coats on the wall behind the entrance.

• Edmund (5/5): Passable - The location of the apartment was ideal for what we came for. Easy access to the Underground. The price was very reasonable too. Plenty of room for 4 adilts. The smoke alarm in the adjoining flat kept bleeping. It was bleeping every 40 seconds all day and night due to needing a new battery. Reported to hosts but not sorted by the time we left. Had to sleep with ear plugs in.

• Duke_st (10/5): Perfect family stay - Perfect property for family of 5 with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on ground floor. Host contacted us day before with info about check in and it worked flawlessly. It is located in a quiet residential area 5 minutes on foot from underground station Dollis Hill with several local markets in the vicinity. Very clean with enough towels and other toiletries, shower was working perfectly and washer/dryer was big bonus since we were there for a week with just backpacks. Kitchen is equipped with essential utensils, and also with microwave, toaster, coffee machine, big fridge... Internet was fast, reliable and available throughout the property. There are 3 TVs and one had netflix already logged in. We were very happy with our stay here and would recommend it definitely. Not that it mattered a lot, but on the photos 2 kitchens are shown when in reality there is only one. Kitchen shown in one of the bedrooms with en suite bathroom doesn't exist.

• Yuri (7/5): Ok for this money, but there are things to improve - The apartment is big (around 100sqm), the location is silent, but still only 25-30 minutes by train to get to the center. Nice TV's were in each room connected to a good internet bandwidth. Nice fastfood place is located 2 min from the flat (style KFC), also small food shops are there. Around 7 minutes walking to the Dollis Hill subway station (I would prefer 2 or 3 minutes, but it's still OK :) ) The communication with the host wasn't so good. We haven't met him at all. Each time that we called he was busy in another conversation and after short answer was finishing our conversation without waiting or asking if we need anything else. Few days after we left, I wrote him a question to check if we forgot some item in the flat. Haven't received any answer. Also during whole stay there was apartment renovation of the flat above. Luckily most of the time we weren't at the flat, so it disturbed less, but one day we stayed at home, and it was very disturbing - from the morning till evening. The cleanness wasn't perfect. There were residues of renovation works dust on and in the cabinets.

• Sharon (9/5): Great property for staying in London with children as plenty of room for a family of five and more affordable than havin - Good location as quite close to tube station. Spacious and comfortable apartment. B & M store close by which was handy for buying food for breakfast.
• Maita (7/5): it was comfortable and great just disappointed with the bathroom - it had a lot of space and I liked the number of rooms the bathroom windows are see through so the person in the room next door can look inside. it didn’t look that clean either

• Martin (8/5): Good all round value for money stay, made a fantastic London visit. We recommend & would book again. - Size of rooms, cleanliness, nice new/clean appliances, nice large fridge & freezer, value for money, considerate host calling when the temperatures dropped, just to make sure we were warm enough & the offer of explaining how to adjust the heating if necessary, good broadband through the house, TV's in rooms which gave choice for us all, good showers & a boiler which could deliver decent show flows. Location was good with just a 20mins tube ride to get into central London. The booking.com information available was exactly as we found the place - spot on! Just a little more attention to maintenance issues - the en-suite shower temperature control TMV is not working correctly & extremely difficult to adjust temperature. Either to hot or too cool, needs a new cartridge. The shared bathroom basin plug jams & needs a little maintenance. Although there was 6 of everything, a little more crockery would have made serving/sharing easier. As a positive suggestion, it would be nice to have a small carton of milk & a few teabags ready so a cup of tea could be made on arrival.
