• Price (10/5): Exceptional stay, budget friendly! - The staff was friendly and helpful, the location was easy to get to and there were restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel was very clean. The pool deck has covered seating and was very relaxing. My room had a little balcony with a chair. I was expecting some city noise during the night but it was actually quiet!

La colazione è abbastanza varia ma mi sarebbe piaciuto che ci fosse più frutta tropicale, come papaya, mango e ananas. E' solo un dettaglio ma penso che per molti turisti è piacevole iniziare la giornata con della frutta tropicale alla quale raramente sono abituati.

Pedí una habitacion donde no escuchara ruido de la calle y me colaboraron con eso. La atencion al cliente del muchacho de Recepcion del Lunes 19/5/26 a las 545am que hice check out no fué el deseado pero nada que un buen refrescamiento o capacitacion en Servicio al Cliente no lo pueda mejorar. Le falta mas amabilidad y soltar el celular cuando llega un cliente al mostrador. Si no fuera por eso les hubiera dado el 10 en todo

• peter (9/5): Wouldn't hesitate to recommend for overnight before or after a flight. - La Guaria was able to accommodate us with 2 rooms at short notice after our Spirit flight was canceled. We needed an airport shuttle, as our rental car had been returned. Theirs was also free. Terrific staff advised us on what to do and where to eat within walking distance during our forced layover. 24 hour reception desk. Even recommended a minisuper open at 5am! Nice complimentary breakfast. Clean throughout, including the pool. Great location. Not deal breakers. Our 2 rooms each had one double bed, but comfortable. I'm 6 foot 4, but that's my fault! One of our rooms had a skylight that couldn't be screened off at night, and dawn was at 5 something (no DST in CR.) Noise level a little high during the day, as the city center is a busy place, but almost NO traffic after rush hour or at night.

Desde nuestra llegada, el trato del personal fue muy amable y atento, haciendo que nos sintiéramos cómodos en todo momento. Las habitaciones estaban limpias, ordenadas y muy cómodas, perfectas para descansar. Además, el ambiente del hotel es tranquilo y agradable. Todo durante la estadía fue maravilloso y cumplió completamente nuestras expectativas. Sin duda lo recomiendo para quienes buscan un lugar cómodo, bonito y con muy buena atención en Alajuela. ¡Volveríamos otra vez! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
• Teresa (8/5): - All is good. It is near airport. Free transportation from and to airport. That saves at least $20. The rates are really good. It is not a Hilton but very clean and courteous. Plus a lite breakfast. Great AC. It will be my place when traveling to and from USA. Also nice pool area.

• Kraske (9/5): - Sehr nettes Personal. Zimmer waren sehr sauber und von der Größe ausreichend für 1 Nacht. Der Ventilator im Zimmer war sehr laut, deshalb haben wir die Klimaanlage angemacht. Frühstück war ausreichend für uns. Der Pool ist sehr schön, dort kann man bei de Hitze gut relaxen.

• Jérôme (7/5): Hôtel bien placé pour être à côté de l’aéroport. - Très proche de l’aéroport dans un cartier animé avec beaucoup de restaurant accessible à pied. Petite piscine rafraîchissante pour un moment de détente. L’hôtel est dans une rue passante et il y a le bruit des voitures et moto une bonne partie de la nuit.

La muy buena predisposición de Alberto, el responsable de mantenimiento, quién me ayudó con la TV. El espacio de la pileta, muy agradable para cuando volves de una excursión. El desayuno cumple, pero se podría mejorar, a lo mejor con algún desayuno típico de Costa Rica. un gallo pinto, por ejemplo o una fruta como el mango, o esas típicas "tostadas" de plátano, tan ricas. Ofrecer alimentos que forman parte de las costumbres de la región es más valorado que un desayuno clasico de hotel.

• Raine (8/5): Good for a short airport stay, but a bit noisy in the morning. - Convenient for a one-night stay near the airport. The airport pickup worked smoothly with advance coordination and made arrival easy. The hotel is basic but functional, and breakfast was simple but adequate for a short stay. The main downside is that the hotel is located on a city street, so there was noticeable street noise early in the morning.
• Guisela (8/5): Hotel correcto y con buen precio - Hotel muy cerca del aeropuerto y con un precio correcto. La habitación estaba limpia e el desayuno era correcto. Buscábamos algo con un precio ajustado y es lo que queríamos. La ventana de la habitación da a la calle y se bastante oían los coches por la noche. No lo recomendaría para personas que les cueste dormir.

Poca cantidad de toallas (solo 1 de mano para habitacion doble), podrian poner mas almohadas, el desayuno es casi todo seco, poca fruta. Jugo muy artificial. Tuvimos que apagar el aire acond de noche porque hacia un fuertisimo ruido que no dejaba dormir. El personal no es tan predispuesto ni muy amable.

• Mari (10/5): Great location and airport shuttle for a group of five overnight! - We had trouble finding a place that would offer our family of five a shuttle in the wee hours of the morning (3 am). Many hotels only offer shuttles until 10 or 11 pm. It was no problem at this hotel, which is about 10 minutes or less from the airport. Our six year old loved the courtyard pool, and we even had a family bedroom (two queens and a twin) rather than one person getting stuck with a couch. Thanks for the nice stay. It’s in Alajuela, right in town, so there is some usual city noise.
