• cristina (9/5): Apartamento muy coqueto y limpio en edificio en mal estado como todos los de la zona - La ubicación, la limpieza y sobre todo la amabilidad, simpatía y ayuda de Alfredo. Nos informó de todo lo relativo a transportes y desplazamientos tanto en Nápoles como en la costa amalfitana. Nos explicó también todas nuestras dudas sobre el centro histórico de la ciudad El estado del edificio , no del apartamento.

• Anna (8/5): - La camera era spaziosa, pulita e ben organizzata. Molto comodo il bagno privato. Personale gentilissimo e molto accogliente. Posizione ottima sia per raggiungere il centro storico che le zone limitrofe e tranquilla anche la sera. Trovandosi l'edificio in una via laterale rispetto alla strada principale ed essendo la stanza rivolta su una corte interna, la camera è risultata molto silenziosa la notte. Ottima la colazione proposta dal signor Alfredo, la cui gentilezza è stata una coccola ogni mattina. Per la struttura stessa della stanza l'aria fatica un po' a circolare.
• simone (9/5): - L'host è stato molto disponibile, ci è venuto incontro sia per il check-in che per il check-out. In particolare il signor Alfredo è stato gentilissimo e molto ospitale. La colazione all'italiana fatta al bar sotto casa è stata molto buona, con degli ottimi cornetti. Anche la posizione è perfetto, a pochi minuti dal centro e dalle vie principali.

• Sonia (10/5): L'host è bravissimo ma soprattutto bellissimo! - L'alloggio è in una posizione comodissima per raggiungere via Toledo, piazza del Plebiscito e tutto il centro. La metro è a 2 passi, la casa è pulitissima ma quello che abbiamo apprezzato di più è stata la gentilezza e disponibilità del signor Alfredo e della sua famiglia. La colazione al loro bar è eccezionale e ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Grazie di tutto! Torneremo assolutamente!

I proprietari molto gentili e disponibili ci hanno lasciato la camera fino al pomeriggio che non partivamo La camera che ci è stata data affaccia su una corte interna con una finestra bassa ad apertura fissa, questo comporta poca aerazione e conseguente odore di umido

O quarto simpático, ideal ,com um preço excelente . Precisámos sair cedo, para o aeroporto e o senhor Alfredo ainda nos arranjou um taxi para nos levar . Tudo muito simples e funcional De terem acabado as férias 🤣

• Radmila (9/5): We had a memeorable time at Chaia in Naples. Great neighborhood! - The family that owned and managed the property was very friendly, hospitable and resourceful. We enjoyed talking to them and would recommend their place for the stay in the authentic Naples historic center. The variety for breakfast was somewhat limited, but the coffee and cappuccinos were excellent and the family was very generous with them at their bar Montefusco.
• Rachele (9/5): Nel.cuore di Napoli - Posizione eccezionale per vivere a pieno i quartieri spagnoli, comoda per moltissime mete della città. Zona molto viva, con numerosi locali per aperitivi e cene. La sistemazione accogliente, con arredi moderni, ristrutturato di recente. Buonissima la colazione, i cornetti più buoni mai mangiati! Il signor Alfredo davvero cordiale e gentile, disponibile per ogni nostro bisogno. Alcuni rumori notturni hanno disturbato un po' il riposo. Per il resto tutto ok.

• Valentina (7/5): Increíbles hosts, buena ubicación, el apartamento no tanto! - Lo mejor sin duda fue Alfredo y su familia. Nos mostraron la esencia de los napolitanos. ¡Gente cercana, amable, preocupada, muy queridos todos! La limpieza del baño no fue la mejor, el piso estaba con pelos y las toallas blancas con manchas importantes. Además, toda la habitación tenía un olor extraño que no se le quitaba, como a humedad/moho. Yo creo que al A/C le hace falta una mantención

• Eliana Torres da Silva (1/5): My stay in Naples - Room not bad Shower area blocked. The Entrance & the building disgusting . Noisy all night. No room service. Stayed for 3 nights and nobody came to clean the room, changed towels and empty the bins. On the site they mentioned breakfast included. The breakfast is outside in a small café where they served a cup of coffee and one croissant. Pay a lot of money for 3 nights for a place that don't worth.

• Marie-chantal (7/5): Great location and very friendly owners and neighbours - Thé location is great. It is a busy street but it would likely be the same everywhere with the motorbike. The building was under construction but it did not impacted the overall appreciation of the location The owners and employees of the cafe are awesome, pleasant et made my stay enjoyable. The glass was dirty and the shower not the best but all is new and still need a little refinement
• Shaine (10/5): affordable, comfortable, quiet bed & breakfast in Naples - bed is very comfortable, air-condition is working, it has a kitchen, quiet location, 5 minutes from Piazza Plebescito & teatro San Carlo, taxis and bus stops, Chiaia metro, plenty of mini markets, restaurants, and bars outside the property. stairs are in construction but very quiet.

• John (8/5): Good for a short stay - Great location. The room is a tad small, but has a nice little balcony to watch the world go by. Close to shops, bars and restaurants. It was one of three rooms, each with their own key but within an outer locked door. would be great for a group of friends or family. Breakfast was a croissant or other pastry and coffee. Probably better sorting your own out in one of the many little cafes in the area.

• Martin (5/5): Basic hostel for tough singles - The hosts are just great and they are really interested in your wellbeing. The apartment was freshly renovated, I believe this is a family project. I wish them all the beat for their business The building is just awful. They are installing a new lift and I wonder if ever some architect approved that. You will feel relieved when you enter the apartment, because at least there is something positive. Everything is new and clean and cleaned daily. They have a small kitchen with microwave and coffe maker. However bear in mind this is a BASIC place. No place to stay with your new love because she will not feel comfortable to have s*x with you. 500m to the main shopping street are extremely dangerous because of ruthless car drivers, motocyles and police. This is for tough male lonely travellers only!

Clean, aircon and wifi worked well, and TV had Netflix etc. Alfredo was lovely and gave us breakfast down at the bar both mornings - delicious pastries and drink of choice. Communication with the host over message was easy and helpful. They even gave us a free bottle of wine! Water tasted funny, but I think that’s an Italy thing? Otherwise it was everything we needed for a 2 night stay!
• Alessia (9/5): Superb - The friendly family staff and the location just a five minute walk to via Toledo were the best aspects of our stay. Import problems with the tv satellite (no channels available) but I guess it’s a general issue in the old crowded Quartieri spagnoli area.
• Amambrini (10/5): Wonderful host for a central location - Pina is a fantastic, wonderful host. Her patience, dedication and attention to your needs place her in my personal top 3 hosts ever. The room was clean and the central position of it makes your trip to Naples more enjoyable, as you can easily walk around.
