Jose (2/5): Wynwood House Cartagena, Compañía estafadora - Alquilé un apartamento para los Morros en el hotel Sunshine y faltando 24 horas me llamaron a decir que el lugar que había reservado hace un mes ya no me lo iban a alquilar, que la única opción que me daban era en el hotel Poseidon del Caribe. Me mandaron de polo a polo, es un hotel viejo y deteriorado, el cual les aseguro es mucho más barato que el que saqué inicialmente, para lo cual me contestaron que no había ninguna diferencia de devolución y buqué la otra alternativa era que me devolvían el dinero 15 días después de la llamada, es una falta de respeto y una estafa. No los recomiendo ya que juegan con las personas y hacen lo que les dé la gana con uno.
miguel jesus (3/5): Buen apartamento / gestión mala por parte de la agencia - El apartamento es aceptable y buena limpieza Error en la reserva , y problemas en el checkin donde no tenían mi reserva . Muchos problemas para registrar huéspedes , habiendo pagado 4 personas . Me cobraron a través de tarjeta de crédito , extra limpieza que no iba incluido en la reserva original de booking
