John (8/5): Very central, with great access to the town centre and a nearby park by the river. Still under some renovation in the ac - Very central but didn’t realise it was located between 4 sets of train tracks ( 2 tram tracks in the front & two train tracks to the rear - all within feet of the house ! ). Saying that, the sound proofing from the windows & doors was very good so we really didn’t hear any loud train noises. The owner had left lots of shampoos, washing up liquids, coffee capsules etc which were very appreciated. There were also washing machine, hair dryers, toasters, coffee machines etc available. Communication with the owner was also very good and clear. While inside the apartment was clean, it was clear that some renovation was underway .. lots of plastering was being undertaken up the stairwell to the apartment and hence lots of dust and debris was apparent. There were also empty bottles and shopping bags left outside other apartments off the stairs which made the place look untidied or un-cared for.
