- Lico (1/5): - We feel cheated by this, after we booked it in October and paid the money. On the day we were going to leave for the trip, we wrote to him all day, he didn't answer us until lunch, then he said write in German because he doesn't understand. We wrote to him in German, he only wrote 2 words in what name was the reservation made?? At 11 pm when we arrived in Vienna, he told us that this apartment is occupied. There were 5 of us and we were left on the streets of Vienna looking for another hotel. I would not recommend it to anyone at all.
