• Gabriella (5/5): Zweck erfüllt, aber Vermieter geben das Gefühl , dass das nur ein Job ist. - Innenhofseite, schön ruhig.. 1.Etage mit Lift, man muss Koffer nicht über Treppen schleppen. Kleine Balkon sehr praktisch für Raucher. Matratze bequem. Morgens Sonne, Innenhof schön grün mit viele alte Bäume. Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert. Fragen werden sofort beantwortet. Bestätigt, dass Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher vorhanden ist. Wasserkocher war nicht da. Abgemacht für 3 Betten vorbereiten. Nur 2 Betten waren vorbereitet. Keine weitere Bettzeug und Bettwäsche war zu finden. Mini-Kinderkopfkissen 🙈 Kleiderschrank ohne ein einziges Kleiderbügel. 🙄 Möbel wahrscheinlich vom Ricardo zusammengewürfelt… Bügelbrett ohne Bügeleisen 🙄 Ein Wasserglas, dafür genug verschiedene Weingläser… Duschvorhang ist wie ein Leichensack. • Jane (2/5): - This is an honest and balanced review having stayed in other apartments in Basel. The apartment was clean but extremely basic. There were no basic essentials - no hand soap in the bathroom, no bath/shower mat, no facilities to make a hot drink - no kettle/coffee machine, the fridge was not switched on, the bedding was sparse and inadequate - one bed had a quilt cover with no quilt inside, no coat hangers so could not hang clothes...... I was genuinely shocked for a short stay apartment. I raised my concerns with the company as soon as I checked in.
• Jakub (5/5): Ok ... but - Simple check in process, just picking up keys in a lock box. Location is ok, the apartment is ok too. Big enough and equipped (almost) enough. The instructions as to which lock box, and more importantly, which apartment (besides just "first floor") should have been better. The name on the door is different than the owner's name. In the apartment, there was no toilet paper or any soap of any kind. Beddings and towels were ok.
