• Jonathon (8/5): Pleasing apartment and good location to do things. - Location was very good. In a nice, quiet residential area. Very rarely smelt unlike most other areas of Venice which was a big plus. Had a nice balcony. Well equipped kitchen and nice bathroom. Not much to be done about this, but the alleyway to the apartment was long and dark, luckily Venice felt very safe all the time so never was an issue.
• Adrienne (8/5): - Excellent quiet location next to small canal. Flat has comfortable sitting room and bedroom and nice kitchen and bathroom. Property only accessible by a steep narrow staircase with only very small space at top to stand on when opening the front door. Could be difficult for older guests.

• luke (9/5): A lovely apartment in a great city - The host were very helpful and let us in early (before the agreed check in time). They were friendly showed us everything inside the apartment and gave us some recommendation / information about the local area. It is in a great location and is very comfortable The apartment felt a little damp (but the heating had been off for the summer I would guess)

• Susanne (10/5): - Tolle und sehr wohnlich eingerichtete Wohnung mit Blick auf einen kleinen Kanal und kleiner Balkontür. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Service war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfreich. Vom Checkin bis zur Vermittlung einer soliden Gepäckaufbewahrung nach dem Checkout wurden wir sehr gut betreut. Sehr zu empfehlen! Nichts

• Pavel (10/5): Идеальное место для отдыха - Апартаменты в красивом и спокойном месте. Окна гостиной и кухни выходят на тихий канал, окна спальни - во внутренний дворик. Можно было открыть окна с двух сторон и проветривать, в комнатах сразу становилось свежо и прохладно. Мы отдыхали в жаркую погоду, поэтому после 13.00 включали кондиционер. Интерьер идеально отражает венецианский дух. Каждая деталь заслуживает отдельного внимания, особенно кресло возле окна. Если вы хотите проникнуться духом города, почувствовать его душу, то эти апартаменты будут лучшим вариантом. При этом в апартаментах есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Рядом различные кафе, недалеко остановка вапоретто и уютный сквер. Обязательно здесь остановимся еще раз. Апартаменты находятся на втором этаже с довольно крутой лестницей, нам было по кайфу подниматься и спускаться. У нас был всего один сосед с первого этажа, которого мы видели один раз, очень комфортная атмосфера. Важная деталь: мусор необходимо выносить утром, обязательно сортировать. Около 8.00 утра дворник выкатывает корзины для сбора мусора на улицу рядом с мостиком. Возможно позже они подъезжают ближе к дому, но мы выносили в это время. Рекомендация для клининга: мыть посуду после постояльцев и менять губку для мытья посуды. В духовке был грязный противень, а губку не хотелось брать в руки, поэтому мы купили новую.

Not a busy part of town when we were there… Décor is cool - The Apartment was in a lovely area, you can really enjoy viewing the canal water from 3 of the windows. One of the opening windows has a small balcony that you can sit on, maybe only one person at a time but still really cool place to hang out. The Decoré of the apartment was very authentically Venetian and made us feel like we were a part of the culture of the city even when we were just relaxing at home… the bed was very comfortable. The canal is quiet but we got to see fancy gondolas, modern boats and kayaks coming past… kitchen is well equipped for making a basic meal at home. Host was lovely… Shower was hot. The entry stairs could do with a little bit of tidying up, the apartment overall is aging a little bit, but nothing too dramatic is wrong with it. Biggest issue is the heating doesnt work at all… we were fine and comfortable because it was April but if it was winter it would be very cold.
• Lynne (8/5): Comfortable, good location, mind the stairs! - This is a very small apartment prettily decorated as in the photos. It is in a great location, behind the Scuola San Rocco, just a few minutes walk to the Frari in one direction and Campo San Margarita in another. There are a number of restaurants very close and a bakery. Station and Piazzale Roma are reasonably accessible (for Venice). There is a gas stove and basic cooking facilities but enough to make a simple pasta dish. The apartment is on the first (upper) floor of a building at the end of the calle, with a small canal on one side. There are no other floors above, only garden. This may be why it was cold. We were there just before Christmas and although the heaters were all going it was still cold in the living area. The stairs to the apartment are very narrow, steep and uneven. They were difficult to get our luggage up and down, and frankly a little scary.
• Bordeaux (9/5): Charming and beautiful but small apartment, tucked away inside lively, convenient neighborhood. - No breakfast, which was fine with us. The light and view from the unit is exceptionally pretty: green, courtyard opposite with old courtyard wall and smallest of canals to permit regular boat traffic, which we found very entertaining.The location is at the very end of a longish side street and very quiet most of the time. The neighborhood is busy and full of good to very good restaurants and scenery that appealed to us as good cooks. TheHost responded quickly to problem with the sink stopper. The housecleaning service was prompt, friendly and excellent. The walk to the COOP and vaporetta is pretty far but manageable. Steep, narrow stairs, only one key for two of us, kitchen lacked colander, but was otherwise equipped. Host could have provided more advanced information like when they would send directions. Generally, they were not that prompt or thorough with replies to questions. Also, a notification that Italy doesn't allow them to turn on the heat until early November would have helped with packing.

• Bev (10/5): All the charm is up that staircase - We had 6 windows, all with working shutters and double glazing. 3 overlooked a quiet canal. We had everything we needed for a pleasant stay in a quiet part of Venice Nothing. It would have been hard to make our experience any better

• Katarzyna (10/5): Just lovely! - Little and cosy gem, comfortable and beautiful interior. Felt like home. View over a small canal. Quiet place yet close to busy cafes, restaurants, bakery’s and just a short walk from Piazzale Roma. We were very happy with this appartament and highly recommend it.
