• vanessa (8/5): Lovely accomodation in a beautiful part of London - Beautiful area. Bus stop right in front of property. Easy communication with staff and check in. The mezzanine room is a bit tricky for tall people as the roof is fairly low and the ladder stairs are fairly steep.

Loved the co-living vibe & that there are yoga classes, run clubs and social spaces on offer. The studio itself was so lovely too & had everything we needed for our stay

Lovely garden to sit out in. Everything you need in room and very clean. Toaster could be better in kitchen at breakfast.

• Janna Solmar (10/5): A breathtaking oasis in London and the ultimate "Home Away From Home" - After a nightmare experience with my previous accommodation, finding this serviced apartment in Primrose Hill felt like an absolute blessing. The location is genuinely spectacular - one of the best areas in London. It is just a 5-minute walk to Regent's Park and a stone's throw from the Regent's Canal. The hospitality and customer service were unparalleled: Flexibility: Initially, I got in a lovely unit facing the street. When I asked if it was possible to move to a room overlooking their beautiful, quiet inner courtyard, they relocated me immediately. The new apartment had a truly charming, peaceful view. Wonderful Communal Spaces: The property offers exceptional shared areas. There is a cozy lounge with a TV and a vintage vinyl player to put on a record and relax. For remote work, there is a beautifully designed, quiet space with comfortable small tables. Delightful Breakfast: Every morning in the communal kitchen, they serve a lovely breakfast featuring delicious coffee, yogurts, fresh berries, and toasts. Outstanding Staff: The entire team is incredibly friendly, open-minded, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. The inner courtyard itself is a gem with tables where you can enjoy coffee or wine, and they even have a dedicated space for yoga. This is exactly how true hospitality should look. Certain other hosts in London should definitely take notes from them! I am absolutely thrilled, I will 100% return here, and I will be recommending this place to all of my friends and acquaintances.
• Alexander (10/5): Perfect stay in the heart of London - Located in the heart of Camden right beside Regents Park and the Zoo. Everything you need in walking distance, bars, pubs, park, shops, tube... Breakfast could be a bit more "english" for my taste but it was brilliant choice of fruits, bread, cereals etc. All in all it felt more like being at a friends house rather than staying at a hotel. Just brilliant No moans about anything
• Lena (10/5): Würde ich jedwm weiterempfehlen - Alles top, das Personal sehr nett und aufmerksam. Das Zimmer bzw kleine Apartment wunderschön und sehr ruhig in der Toplage, in circa 15 Minuten zu Fuß am Camden Market. Die nächste U-Bahnstation ist Camden Town, etwas weit weg, aber der Weg dorthin ist traumhaft schön und vor der Tür wäre auch eine Bushaltestelle gewesen. Das Frühstück ist etwas klein gewesen (Brot, Marmelade, Butter, Joghurt, Granola, Beeren) aber es hat gereicht.

• Marion (9/5): - The bedroom is nice and cosy. Arrival is easy and we loved the neighborhood (Primrose Hill is cute, Camden is close). Maybe a little small for 2 persons for several days, and no air conditioning, it was really hot in the bedroom (late april stay).

• Jakub Pla (9/5): Příjemný pobyt v hezkém prostředí v dobré čtvrti za slušnou cenu. - Fajn místo v hezké lokalitě v dosahu veřejné dopravy. Vkusné pokoje s kuchyňským koutem. V přijatelné vzdálenosti od centra Londýna. Snídaně postačujíci, ale velmi omezený výběr - jogurt, granola, ovoce, chleba, máslo, kdo chce víc musí si nakoupit svoje (ale nevnímám to jako negativum).

• Leigh (10/5): Best of both worlds - apartment style units with staff and breakfast, and lovely London neighbourhood experience outside - The property is modern, clean, space-efficient and well managed. The neighbourhood is lovely and gives a great experience for staying in London outside the centre of the city. Simple healthy breakfast and great to have kitchen and laundry facilities. There was nothing I didn’t like, but the location outside the centre means you need to build in time for commuting to major sights.

Very ideal location and nice neighborhood where i always to live in when i was in London. In general, friday wine party, breakfast and coffee all experience in here so memorable. I particularly like that there is a radio, can't remember the last time I listened to a radio, so it was a wonderful nostalgia. The handwritten welcome note added a touch of personnalisation. The staff are amazing and very lovely in their interaction and response to requests. The availability of fruits almost all day is well appreciated. Location is 2 minutes to Regent Park and there is a bus stop just in front of the facility, so I highly recommend it. Although the breakfast is great, however variety in the pastry department would have been great. I know it's London, but you have guests from all over, so if you could include say, eggs or some form of pastry other than just your amazing fresh and homemade bread.

• Thorsten (6/5): Leider enttäuschend - Das Haus befindet sich in einer guten Lage, versprühte einen gewissen Charme und Gemütlichkeit in den Aufenthaltsbereichen. Wir hatten uns sehr auf unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft gefreut, wurden jedoch leider enttäuscht. Wir waren im Zimmer 36 untergebracht, wo es uns unmöglich war, zur Ruhe zu kommen oder uns zu entspannen. Der Geräuschpegel im Haus – insbesondere auf dem Flur sowie von den angrenzenden und darüberliegenden Zimmern – haben wir als äußerst störend empfunden. Des Weiteren bemängeln wir die Sauberkeit unseres Zimmers, die Reinigung schien lediglich oberflächlich zu erfolgen. Werden vor der Anreise neuer Gäste keine gründlichen Zimmerkontrollen durch das Housekeeping durchgeführt, bevor ein Zimmer freigegeben wird? Unser Bett war zudem leicht schief, was einen erholsamen Schlaf verhinderte. Die Idee einer Gemeinschaftsküche ist zwar grundsätzlich gut gemeint, jedoch ist sie für die Anzahl der Gäste eindeutig zu klein dimensioniert. Beim Frühstück vermissten wir eine Auswahl an Käse oder Wurst; es war insgesamt sehr bescheiden. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn die Gäste während ihres Aufenthalts aktiv nach ihrer Zufriedenheit befragt würden oder zumindest ein kurzer Smalltalk stattfinden würde. Ein solcher Dialog könnte dazu beitragen, etwaige Probleme direkt vor Ort zu lösen und den Gästen ein stärkeres Gefühl der Wertschätzung zu vermitteln. Aufgrund der genannten Punkte können wir diese Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
• Valentina Volunni (6/5): Ci aspettavamo di meglio... - Buona posizione, possibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima del check in. Aree comuni ben arredate e sempre con un odore gradevole. Non c'era un letto, ma bensì un materasso appoggiato a terra. Arrivati abbiamo trovato molta polvere (da lodare la ragazza che si è adoperata per pulire). La finestra aveva problemi, non si chiudeva. La colazione è di buona qualità, ma con pochi prodotti e che non variano, non c'è una parte salata, problema per chi non ama marmellate etc.

• jaimie (8/5): Pleasant place to stay - Great location for me. I arrive late and left early, so just needed a comfortable, safe place to stay for the night - as a solo female. Nice interior decor. There was a kitchenette in my room, which was beyond what i needed for my stay - but i used the kettle and coffee machine and tea bags provided. The front door is unmanned so you have to buzz and wait to be let in. The breakfast was included in the rate. The food area felt cramped from memory, but there were plenty of places to sit. Food offerings were good continental style, with a coffee machine.

• Paulina (8/5): Spokojny hotel w przyjemnej lokalizacji z kilkoma rzeczami do poprawy - Hotel w bardzo przyjemnej lokalizacji i czysty. Bezpieczna i spokojna cicha okolica, jeśli komuś zależy na ciszy w nocy polecam. Przy samym wyjściu z hotelu przystanek autobusowy i obok park z zoo. Największym minusem dla mnie były małe łóżka i twarde. Miałam wrażenie że z niego spadnę przez co sen był niejakościowy. Faktycznie ostatni poziom pokoi jest na piętrze -1, więc można trafić na pokój w „piwnicy” z widokiem na ściane ale to częste w mieszkaniach w Londynie. Kwestia zameldowania była troche dziwna, bo w hotelu nie ma „recepcji” i trzeba zadzwonić do budynku by ktoś przyszedł i wręczył kartę do pokoju. Jedyne co jest na śniadanie to: granola, jogurt, chleb, dżemy owoce i miód. Myślę że lepiej więc kupić je w restauracji niż w hotelu:)

• Lesa (9/5): Lovely london stay - Excellent location and lovely facilities. The room is more like a small apartment. Breakfast was nice too. Two night stay and the room was not laundered in between nights.

Location was great (Primrose Hill is a really nice neighbourhood!). Not all light fixtures were functioning. We repositioned the chairs so that we could actually access the fridge.
