• Jasleen (9/5): Comfortable and convenient family stay in Tokyo with great amenities and a helpful host. - Property was very spacious and comfortable for our family. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very useful while travelling with a toddler. Having two washing machines was a big bonus and made our stay very convenient. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The property is very close to the railway line, so train noise can be heard . However, after a long day exploring Tokyo, it was not too disturbing unless you are a very light sleeper.

• Alyana (10/5): A spacious house perfect for families - The actual house looks so much better than in the photos. It was a big house, which is a rare find in Tokyo. It's clean and spacious. There is also an entertainment room. It is in a nice location with a lot of restaurants nearby. Nothing, really.
• Shubika (9/5): I would definitely choose this accommodation again. - Great location, very safe and family friendly neighbourhood. It was quite and i felt comfortable sending my teenager out to 7/11 etc. The train noise in one of the rooms was prominent. Apart from that this was a good comfortable accommodation with all 5 of us having space for our selves. Two toilets and two showers was also handy.

• Pooi (8/5): Satisfied and happy with this small apartment. - Worth a stay for what I paid. I am satisfied with my 3 nights stay. The beds are bigger than what I expected. Just the table and chair at the living hall are so low, but I still can except it. No place to hang my clothes in the room.

• Ashleigh_m (4/5): Disappointing - Has good size fridge. 2x washing machines. Staff were very responsive to any issues we had. 2x showers with great pressure and a deep bath tub. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Toothbrushes and toothpaste provided. 2x toilets. 3 rubbish/recycling bins which was great! Decent space in rooms compared to most places. Wifi was good! Umbrellas are provided for rainy days which was good- although a couple of them are half broken and need to be replaced. They don't give you instructions for room entry until 1 hour before check in which was a bit daunting. Foreigners need to check themselves in and provide pics of passports for all those staying in the property and details- name, address, ages, emails etc which takes quite a while to do when you have a large group, before they will provide you entry information to the rooms- even if you have already paid in full. Need an easier system for entry/check in. No swipe cards for entry so you need to key in the code every time you want to enter the property and sometimes it takes a few goes before it actually unlocks. Property is very dated and smells quite old and musty. Not thoroughly cleaned properly (under beds and couches is very dirty, corners of rooms and edges of floors, walls, under tables and drawers, laundry room very dirty needs a good clean and tidy up, inside cupboards etc). All in all needs a very good clean everywhere with some good cleaning products, sanitiser & deodoriser. Bedding covers were very cheap (polyester material), so the inners were constantly bunching up. They only provide 1 towel and 1 hand towel per person for your entire stay, so once they are dirty you can wash them but there is no dryer or lines to hang anything so you need to hang them over doors or around the house to dry which can take about 2 days to dry. Big con is definitely not having a dryer or anywhere to hang your wet clothes/laundry items. No basic kitchen items- salt, pepper, oil etc. They provide washing detergent for dishes but no dish rack or teatowels to dry the dishes. Hard trying to navigate the aircon remotes- wasn't able to find an option to have the aircon running constantly, it would run for about a minute on high then stop. Toilet system seems quite dated. No option to have cleaners in during our stay or towels replaced. Big bag in the large bedroom wardrobe took up a lot of needed space for the room to store luggage.

• Andreabettini (10/5): Exceptional - Big apartment close to the train station and 10 min walking from the closest metro station (Nishi-Nippori). Being close to the station means also a bit noisy. Strongly recommended.
• Hoi (1/5): Room is very dirty with drainage odor, stain mark on furntiture and mold in toilet, not recommeded - Parking around the community is handy It is a quiet nightbourhood if you enjoy quiet but some room can hear the train very clearly  Check in experience was bad, I regret of not booking a room with front desk support that at least we can seek for on spot help upon arrival. Lesson learnt.  The room rate is reasonable that I am expecting to give in convenience in transportation and room size. But I never expect to sacrifice the cleanliness the room when we first get into the room and every time returning from outside, it smells like drain, literally the odor from drainage. There is mold inside toilet, stain mark in stool and wall. Greasy tap…etc. I don’t want to touch anything and cannot wait to check out.  The refrigerator in not clean… I would have to deep clean in if I need to use it. So I did not use it at all.  Indoor slipper is old and wore that I prefer not to wear.  There is no proper place to hold the shower gel/ shampoo, when putting in on the bathtub edge during showering, it just keep felling on to your feet, it is minor but just silly, it will be handy to just put a holder on the wall.  It is not a decent room and absolutely not recommended.  The staircase was slippery in the evening, when we head back after dinner, grandma slip on the stair where part of the stair has not railing. Please be conscience if you have kid or elderly.  Part of the building is facing to the train track and yes yon can hear the sound from the train passing by, I am not sound sensitive person, it not bordering me.  The street to doorstep is supper narrow, not recommended for big vehicles access. Car parking around is cheap and handy tho.  No trash bag is provided for the indoor trash bin Worst travel hotel experience ever!

• Abhinav (8/5): Good and super comfy affordable spot! - It was in a good location. Quite big and had multiple washrooms, which is rare for Tokyo. It was quite close to Tabata station so very convenient to travel around on the trains. Could have been cleaner. We did notice a couple of cockroaches after it rained one of the days.
• Kris (4/5): Not bad but we expected more from the photos on booking.com - It was a 10’ walk from JR Tabata station so you were quick on the JR Yamanote line. The neighbourhood was very quiet except the trains that start running every day at 5.21h… and then every 5-10’ a train. And also our “friends”, the cockroaches…
• San (8/5): Nice place to stay if you’re travelling with your family or 3 families. Going home to this quiet neighborhood after a lo - It’s a nice quiet place to come home to after a whole day of walking around busy downtown tokyo. Not too far from the train station. The host was very responsive with all of my inquiries. In some rooms there wasn’t much space to place your luggage and stuff. It is right under the train tracks so the trains woke me up every morning, good thing they stop running before midnight.
