• Martin (9/5): - Ubytovanie má skvelú polohu a tiež zaujímavé výhľady. Je veľmi vkusne vybavené. Bolo veľmi čisté a perfektne pripravené. Kúrenie aj teplej vody bolo dostatok. Pomohlo by doplniť vybavenie kuchyne, najmä pre prípad ak ju chce hosť viac využívať (chýba otvárač na fľaše, či víno a iné) Malá drobnosť, dcéra chcela veľmi využiť vaňu na kúpanie (dôvod prečo sme zvolili tento konkrétny apartmán), chýbala však zátka.

• Stefan (4/5): Naja .... es geht besser. - Gute Lage der Wohnung in einem großen Wohnkomplex. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in geringer Entfernung. Die Wohnung war nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Fenstergriffe waren alle locker, in einem Zimmer fehlte der Griff ganz (Fenster war überhaupt nicht zu bedienen). Für eine 6-Personenwohnung zu wenig Gläser und zu wenig Besteck. Es wurden zu wenige Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt, Küchenhandtuch fehlte gänzlich. Der Heizkörper im Bad funktionierte nicht, Toilettendeckel war lose, Rauchmelder im Flur nicht mehr vorhanden. Verdunklung der Räume nicht mehr richtig möglich, da die Vorhänge/Rollos teilw. defekt waren. Die Bilder der Anzeige sind wohl schon älter und entsprechen nicht mehr ganz dem aktuellen Stand (Wohnung müsste teilw. mal renoviert werden).

• Σταύρος (8/5): - Πολύ όμορφο κατάλυμα, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο σε πολύ όμορφη τοποθεσία και κοντά σε σταθμό μετρό. Οι ιδιοκτήτες άμεσα προσβάσιμοι μέσω τηλεφώνου. Εύκολο check in και check out. Θα μπορούσε να είναι καθαρότερο. Όπως και το στρώμα στο δωμάτιο χωρίς το μπαλκόνι χρειάζεται αντικατάσταση.

• Viktorius K (10/5): Great holiday in Canary Wharf - We liked absolutely everything. The apartment has a Great location. Fantastic view from the balcony. In the apartment, we found everything that was needed, even an EU to UK plug adapter (it was really helpful for us because we had forgotten our adapter at home)! We can 100% recommend this apartment!!! Absolutely nothing
• Andra (8/5): Honest review - I liked that the host thinked at almost everything to make our stay great. You can find in the apartament all the confort from your own home. The apartment is in a building in a very quiet area, with some small shops around, one just across from the building; also some good restaurants. It is very close to public transport, with direct lines to central London. The host in very responsive; we had a small issue with the radiator from the living room, and it was fixed right away. The apartment could use a deep cleaning, and also some new mattreses, especially in the bedroom without the balcony. Also, the shower faucet needs replacement, because it doesn’t give enough hot water, so you mostly shower with cold water.

• María Ángeles (8/5): Muy buena opción para alojarse en Londres - El apartamento es amplio, cómodo y está limpio. Está situado en el distrito de Canary Wharf. No había demasiados restaurantes cerca,pero sí que había varios supermercados (un Tesco justo enfrente). La pequeña terraza es un plus. A 10 minutos tienes la parada de metro Canary Wharf y a 5 minutos la parada de tren South Quay,ambas muy bien conectadas con el centro. Calidad-precio muy buena. Echamos de menos algún enchufe en el baño y un trapo de cocina y mantel. Las almohadas no son muy cómodas y en uno de los colchones se notaba algún muelle. El chico que tenía que recibirnos,Rostik,no se presentó a pesar de que le avisamos con mucha antelación de nuestra hora de llegada (15.45). 5 minutos antes de llegar le volví a escribir y me envió un WhatsApp diciéndome el número del apartamento,pero tuvimos que esperar en la calle a que alguien nos abriera el portal.Las llaves estaban dentro del apartamento, por lo que la puerta estaba abierta. Al dia siguiente fue al apartamento cuando nosotros no estábamos a dejar otro juego de llaves,champú y capsulas de café y me avisó cuando ya había entrado. El check out era a las 11,pero Rostik se presentó allí a las 10 sin avisar previamente. Llamó a la puerta e inmediatamente oímos que estaba abriendola. Viajamos mucho y casi siempre nos alojamos en apartamentos y ésto nunca nos había pasado, a nosotros nos creó bastante inseguridad. Aún así, recomiendo el apartamento.
• Martin (9/5): Würde ich wieder buchen - Hinweisen auf defekten Balkontüren und Griffe wurde noch am gleichen Tag nachgegangen, die Defekte repariert. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gut zu erreichen und in der Nähe. Sichere Gegend. Preislich sehr fair. Durch die Lage mitten im Hochhausviertel ist es auf dem Balkon immer etwas unruhig.

The bed was comfortable, and the apartment had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen. The area is quiet and safe, with shops and public transport within walking distance. The host was very friendly and always available for any questions. We would definitely stay here again! All good

Easy access to the building, warmest regards to the host who welcomed us in the property- so friendly and lovely (Ukrainian gentleman, my apologies can’t remember the name) - thank you Additional bedding for sofa bed in the living room was not provided, we had to share blankets from bedrooms, it wasn’t a major inconvenience though

• Jekki (10/5): Great location, beautiful apartment, good service and responsive staff. - Good size apartment for a family of 4. Sizeable bedrooms, large living, dining, and kitchen. All facilities in kitchen and stocked up with coffee including sugar. Bedrooms well maintained and very comfortable. Good size bathroom with bathtub (could be a challenge for older people or anyone with mobility issues). The manager responded well to all queries promptly. Tesco express bang opposite the apartment block and you get everything one needs. A couple of improvement areas: the washing machine does its job, but the drier is complicated. Parking is on the road. Lucky if you find a slot as it is free (maybe there is one within the apartment complex but we didn’t ask). Overall amazing experience. And Canary Wharf is a fab place. Nothing to complain.

• Elise (10/5): Amazing stay in a really comfortable and roomy place. - We absolutely loved our stay there. The flat was very roomy, clean, we had two bedrooms with a king-size bed and a living-room, a very comfortable bathroom -- everything was perfect. The flat is in the Isle of Dogs but it is really very easy to reach the City Center and any place via the station South Quay on the DLR line -- it is really a way to have both space and save tim in London. And its very close to Greenwich too, and even to the Thames clipper. So the perfect place to stay with your family :-). Beautiful!

There is a mini grocey story near the property which is very helpful to us. It is also near the mall and railway station.

• Klara (8/5): Almost perfect! - Location is perfect and the view is amazing. I love Canary Wharf area, there is also Tesco Express across the street. Tube station is 10 minutes away and DLR even closer. Apartment has two separate bedrooms and there is also a couch in the living room - we were 5 people and felt comfortable. There was also no extra cost for additional person (I originally booked for 4). Minor stuff: the oven was not working properly. Additional cutlery would be nice - there were only four forks. There was also not enough toilet paper for five days. Just one set of keys.

• Fatin (7/5): Good - The location of this property is walking distance to DLR South Quay station, which I like the most about it. The unit is clean, the host Rostik came to pass me the key during check in. Prior to my stay, all my communication thru Booking.com were responded by Slava, but at one point, Slava stopped resppnding to my enquiries. I tried contacted Slava thru whatsapp number given and still no response. I even text again on my arrival day and yet no response were received, which then caused me to tried texting another number (Rostik). And he responded to me super fast which makes my check in process smooth. I hope this can be inproved in the future. The facilities are okay, however the toilet paper and soap provided was very little, despite my long stay here for 6 nights. They could last only for 2 days of stay which caused me to buy the toilet paper, soap and shampoo on my own.

• Federico (9/5): Superb - Very well located, 6 minutes from the heart of Canary Wharf. The flat is very clean, warm and comfy. The bedrooms are larger than usual for London.

The location was quiet and safe with all infrastructure elements provided (city transportation, Tesco across the street, mall with restaurants across the river near the tube station)
• Lamichhane (1/5): It’s a scam, don’t book here - Absolutely nothing, it was a scam This is the worst experience I could have possibly had with a booking, this booking was made on the occasion of my birthday and the guy tried to scam us. First of all AFTER paying in full the guy tells us to bring £100 deposit in cash, it said nothing about that in the terms and conditions prior to us booking so we called the owner and asked and they said it’s 10pm don’t call, so unprofessional and rude? So we checked the terms and conditions again and it said £4 deposit at most and nothing about cash what so ever. On the day of the booking as we were on our way he called us saying you called and we said it says deposit in cash on the message but not on the booking information and because it was a rush as it was my birthday we told him we will just talk about it once we get to the property and give the deposit money worst case scenario. We were on our way and called the guy we were about to arrive at the property so he could let us in and he tells us it’s cancelled without a reason??? Although it still said confirmed on booking.com and nothing about a cancellation. We called both numbers given to us multiple times (one picked up once and just said call the other number) the other number wasn’t picking up but was reading my messages straight away after a long wait he just sent one text message saying it’s cancelled and we will be fully refunded but the refund is still nowhere to be seen???? This booking was made for my birthday we just wanted to get to the property, get ready and get to the dinner reservation which he completely ruined my plans because of him we had to completely find and get to a new property which wasted so much time that I had to push back my dinner reservation and all my plans had to get delayed so much because of this it was a chaos, taking a toll on my mental health on the day of my BIRTHDAY which I had told the guy about but he was still being so inconsiderate. Worst place to book ever, absolutely do not recommend it whatsoever, IT IS A SCAM
• Tarryn (8/5): Very good - Very homely and great to have two bedrooms and a balcony! Lovely area and easy walking distance to trains with a tesco directly opposite! Excellent hosts and comfortable portacot for our 14 month old. It was very hot and we couldn’t adjust the air con but after a couple of days stay with windows open it was comfortable! Beds were a bit hard for us but could be personal preference.

Good amenities and restaurants in the area that are easily accessible. Having access to the washer/dryer was very helpful. Advantageous having "Bounce" facilities on the groud floor next door to store luggage once checked out and Tesco express directly opposite the apartment. Ventilation in the bathroom to be improved.

Can set up room temperature up to yours preferences, washing mashine has dryer option. Everything was working and sufficient for 4 members family. Second bedroom has double bed, we have teenagers son and daughter, it would be better to have separate beds, but sofa in living room was option for 1,65 tall son.
