La mala predisposición y mala actitud de YAMILA, cero empatía con las respuestas que nos brindó (durante nuestra estadía estuvimos alojados con mis dos hijas de 2 y 3 años y no entendió que un accidente puede pasar). Excelente atención de Rocío y Yanel, nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos.

• Nicky (6/5): Pleasant - The location was really good with easy access to buses and the underground. The price was excellent too. Staff came to change some towels and instruct on washing machine usage very quickly. . The photos on booking.com show a bright, modern flat but in reality it is a little tired. . Washing machine needs instructions and only had 2 working programmes . Flat needs a deep clean ie under beds and brightening up with a fresh coat o . Air con in front bedroom drips . These are not negatives as they are easily solved by a bit of maintenance . A note to fellow travellers: you need cash to pay for this flat as they will not accept any other means of payment and it's extremely difficult to obtain. Take USD for this and buying underground tickets and extra money on these cards. They are implementing a system like the in London with tap in/out but don't rely on credit/debit cards
