• Genesis (3/5): Would not stay again, dirty bed and bathroom. - Location was near convenience stores and not too noisy from the street. It was easy to access the room via the codes sent by the property. When we arrived, the room smelled. The bed sheets had hair in them from previous guests and looked dirty. We had to remake the bed ourselves with new sheets from the cupboard, and these sheets also looked dirty and had hair in them. The bathroom smelled of urine and there was hair in the bath. The kettle was dirty as well.

• Kai (6/5): Der Aufenthalt war genug um dort die Nächte zu verbringen. - Die Lage der Unterkunft war gut. Konbinis und Bahn- sowie Bushaltestelle waren schnell erreichbar. Die Handtuchhalterung im Badezimmer war defekt und das Badezimmer war kalt, wenn man nicht durchgehend die Tür offen gelassen hat, damit es warm ist. Die Eingangstür ist sehr schlecht isoliert, sodass man das Gefühl hat, der Wind und die Geräusche von draußen ziehen direkt durch das Apartment.

• Aleksandra (8/5): The room is visually very beautiful, but it didn’t meet expectations in terms of the actual stay. - The room is beautiful, very spacious and large for Japan. It has all kitchen appliances and is very clean, with a good location. The room is very noisy; the entrance door has no insulation, so if the wind blows, it gets quite cold and you can feel the draft no matter how much we heat the room. Also, during the night, someone was outside our door looking for something (probably not a guest, as they didn’t use the elevator but came in from the street).

• Nolwenn (7/5): Logement comfortable mais bruyant. - Logement propre, conforme aux photos et facile d'accès. Bien équipé également avec toutes les nécessités pour un court séjour. Les hôtes sont réactifs en cas de problème. La localisation est parfaite pour visiter Tokyo. Le mauvais code d'accès nous avait été communiqué donc nous avons du les appeler tard le soir à notre arrivée au logement. Heureusement, ils ont été réactifs et nous ont renvoyé le nouveau code immédiatement. Le logement est extrêmement bruyant à cause de la route passant juste devant. Installer un rideau devant la porte d'entrée améliorerait surement l'isolation sonore. Sinon, apportez vos bouchons d'oreille.
