• Spartak (10/5): Very comfy, clean, tidy, 100% would rebook when back in Sofia - Very clean and stylish place. The place was in a top location next to NDK, easy to check in (self-checkin). Private parking included in the price was in a close proximity from the apt (400m). This appartment is a perfect choice for groups up to 4 ppl, each having a proper clean and comfortable bed. (The sheets were ironed, a detail you see only on 4+ star hotels). No elevator but you cant find any in sofia center either.

• Dimitar (10/5): Top location for a Sofia sightseeing - . If you like to visit Sofia as a tourist to see all of its sightseeing atractions, this is a great apartment. It is located in a quiet area of the city centre, with opportunity to walk to the Vitosha street in 2 minutes. NDK culture centre is on the opposite side of the street. The apartment is spacious with a lot if natural light, it has free parking and the host is amazing. /

• Cirstei (5/5): Worst conditions I have ever expirienced on a property on booking! - The only thing good was the free parking . very dirty, mold in the bathroom, spiders on the walls, the bedroom door probably sprayed with coca cola and left like that, the bed in one bedroom had no mattress, just some sponge placed directly over the bed base from which the slats fell out when you sat on the bed. The closed were filled with vacuum cleaner, pillows, child seats, covers for beds and curtains.. but not to be stored , they were just simply crowded together. Too bad about the apartment, it was beautifully thought out and arranged but the owner has zero interest in the comfort of the tenants. I admit that I was a little rushed when I booked and didn't read all the reviews .. because I wouldn't have rented it again. It was the worst experience I've ever had. The owner is very kind in the communication on booking because that can never compensate for the improper conditions! I don't recommend the location. I stayed only one night and if the children hadn't fallen asleep I would have left at 11 pm when I got to the room and saw what the conditions actually were!

• Stephen (6/5): Nice concept but needs some upkeep - The apartment had several nice features, interesting lighting and some thoughtful furnishing and decorations. Cleaning and maintenance. The apartment was dusty with lots of cobwebs. A large curtain was left half hanging off in one bed room and there was a sewer gas smell coming from the shower drain. It's a cute apartment but needs more attention between guests.

• Rosica (8/5): Prime location, nice setup, requires a bit more maintenance to shine! - I liked that the property is charmingly renovated in a modern industrial style. It’s spacious with high ceilings, located in a prime spot near NDK. There’s also the option for parking in a 24-hour guarded lot, even though it's 800 meters away. The host was very friendly and accommodating. I didn't like the strong sewage smell, which I assume is why the door to the terrace is kept slightly open. The windows were dirty, and there was noticeable dust. The bed was uncomfortable, as it didn't have a proper mattress and protector—just two foam pads stacked on top of each other.

• Toma (8/5): Very good - secured parking, although you have to walk around 5 mi. to the property and , in case you have a lot of luggage, this can be cumbersome fully equipped kitchen the 2 beds in one of the bedrooms are actually extensible chairs covered with a thin mattress ; the same mattress, but doubled in size is found in the other bedroom covering a low and, thus, not very comfortable bed. the bathroom is large but with somber gray walls and unpractically organised : the shower is in the same area and very close to the toilet seat and there are 2 lamps hanging from the ceiling ust above the sink, making very difficult to use it in stand position

• Larisa (10/5): Beautiful apartments in the best location in Sofia - 1. Aesthetics. This is a very beautifully and stylishly made apartment. One of the most beautiful ones we stayed in. Everything is selected with great taste. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a flowering chestnut tree outside the window. ;) It is comfortable and pleasant to be there. 2. Convenience. Everything is of very good quality! The apartments were very clean. There is everything necessary for living, not only from the equipment (washing machine, coffee machine, many storage places, etc.), but also an additional (sugar, salt, tea, household chemicals for washing and washing). And upon arrival, there was also a large bottle of water and snacks, which was very useful. It is easy to get and leave the keys in the locker. 3. Location. In my opinion, it is the best in Sofia. There is a pedestrian street and metro nearby, kilometers of stunning parks start right from home, shops, delicious restaurants (breakfast at “Sweet and Salty bakery” and lunch at “Aubergine craft beer and food” were the best). 4. Support. The owner was always in touch and helped with all questions. A very responsive and sincere person! Thank you very much, we will definitely come again! 4th floor without elevator. It wasn't easy with heavy suitcases and a child, but only at check-in and check-out.)
