• Alec (4/5): I would not stay here again or recommend anyone else stay here unless the listing is updated to accurately describe the - Location, WiFi Ac remote in living room wont allow the mode to be switched nor temperature adjusted. Meaning no (AC). I have never seen a coffee machine so dirty. Tea bag stuck in the compartment for coffee pod. Towel rack next to sink in one bathroom falls off. One shower doesn’t drain which causes it to overflow. The basin is brown with dirt and scum. Shower curtain has mold on it. Some of the cutlery and dishes have food dried on to it. One light in the living room doesn’t work Half the lights in the kitchen don’t work One of the lights in a bedroom doesn’t work. There is a partially smashed bin on the balcony. Many hairs and dust on the floor and bedside tables. I made the mistake of not closing one of the elevator doors. For this I was called on the phone and yelled at by a man. I then closed the door and then an old woman showed up at the door to yell more. Then another neighbor showed up to translate what the old woman had been yelling. I get the impression that none of the neighbors in the building want travelers staying in this apartment. The walk from the gate to the apartment lobby is through a wooden construction tunnel. The construction begins early and woke us up daily. I would not stay in this apartment if I returned to Milan. It’s unfortunate because the apartment has nice views and great location, lots of wasted potential. Photos are not accurate.

• Rahul (8/5): Good apartment, good location but a little challenging to get in at first - The apartment is cozy and comfortable and located at a superb location near Garibaldi Station and a number of restaurants. It was a bit challenging to get into the property as you need to press a couple of numbers on the intercom located outside the building and press a button on the phone simultaneously to open the main gate of the compound where the building in which the apartment is located. This never worked and we struggled till some other resident opened the door for us. You reach the building door and again the same procedure needs to be adopted to open the door but unfortunately the intercom was out of order. Luckily again, some other resident opened the door for us. Finally, one set of keys to the apartment were located in the security box outside the apartment and when requested for the second set, they were delivered the next day.

• Dimitrios (3/5): A nice apartment in a great location marred by multiple problems - Nice recently renovated apartment in a very central and well connected location in Milan. The staff were extremely responsive and helpful to resolve the many problems we encountered at the apartment. Getting into the apartment was not straightforward. We had to communicate back and forth with the host a few times before they told us how to get in. We needed to punch a code into the keypad in addition to clicking a web link, but the code was not given to us at first. When we went to the apartment several things were wrong: the crib which we had requested was not there, one of the two toilets didn’t have a seat (which took two days to address), one of the AC remotes was not working, and there was a water leak under the kitchen sink causing water to spill all over the kitchen floor. The host was very responsive, which we appreciated, but we didn’t like to have to deal with all these issues and spending time out of our vacation to communicate back and forth with them about all these issues.
• Zeynep (9/5): Superb - Everything was good. The apartment is safe and comfortable. The location is very good. Rooms are big and the beds are comfortable. There is a construction near the apartment. So it is a little bit noisy. But we loved the apartment. This doesn't disturb us so much.
• Tessa (6/5): We were given no forewarning that it was on top of a construction site. Otherwise it would be 100%. - Location was excellent. The apartment was very nice. We were pretty upset because no one mentioned that the apartment was abutting a very noisy, dusty and overwhelming building site. If we had been prewarned perhaps we would not have been so disappointed, or we may have chosen to book elsewhere.

• Galo (9/5): Great location and a responsive host! Can't use heater after mid-April and can't use oven. - This stay was a great experience for me and my family in Milan! Its location is accessible to many stores around Garibaldi, it's host is pretty responsive, and the furniture and facilities are great. The property is located on the 5th floor which can be accessed by a small elevator. The interior of the room is clean and modern, complete with an oven, stove, coffee-pod machine, washing machine, and microwave. Beds and bathrooms are well maintained and complete. The host has been great at being responsive, although it's worth mentioning that you should message at around office hours. Nevertheless, the host was able to answer, or try to answer, my questions when it came to anything about the property. The location is a great place for anyone looking to shop at Milan. It's close by the Largo la Floppa, an asterisk street-style filled with many shops along the sides, Corso Como, a place filled with designer brands, and accessible to many kinds of transportation. In general, this place is a great stay for a family of four. This property didn't disappoint in terms of its comfortability, location, accessibility, and host. There are three instances that I experienced negatively. One is the lack of heating as the heating of the whole building was closed or turned off during mid-April. Secondly is that the fusebox kept tripping whenever we used the oven, which is a total let down as we usually cook wherever we go on a trip. Lastly is the experience of a small amount of mosquitos at the property, although it wasn't too bad that it made living in the apartment a nightmare. Overall, these negative experiences partially effected our comfort during our stay.

It is a great convenience that there are two bathrooms. It was peaceful. The handle of one of the bedroom doors was falling off and the shower handle as well. I saw that other people complained too, I don't know why no attention is being paid!

• Elke (7/5): Good - Nicely located with easy access to metro to get to the city centre. It’s stylish and rather new. We were missing a bathing towel and the Wi-Fi wasn’t working, both of which we informed the host about but the issues weren’t resolved. Our bedroom door handle fell off and our friend‘s shower handle aswell. Could be better maintained.
• Markus (9/5): A very nice place to stay! - Very clean and the AC was exceptionally good! Very close to Isola, the best nightlife in Milano! Also close to a couple of metro stations that can easily take you all over Milano in a couple of minutes.

• Aleya (9/5): Superb - fantastic location, places to eat all around and key sites just about 20 min walk. felt very secure, easy to communicate with the owner. unit was clean, and heating was great, kept the unit warm. would definitely recommend for 3 or 4 persons. was charged for late check in , but this wasnt disclosed on booking.com when I booked.

• Antonio (8/5): Very good - We loved the area where the flat is located. Lots of bars and restaurants around and you can walk everywhere from there. Stazione Garibaldi is 8min away. The flat is in a nice looking building and is spacious and comfortable. We had some misunderstanding at check-in on the number of beds needed but that was anyway sorted in a couple of hours.
