• Heyrman (7/5): Aangename studio en locatie - Goede ligging in rustige straat dichtbij metro ingang. Foutieve toegangscode bij aankomst maar zeer vlotte communicatie met verhuurder! Vaatwasser defect. Regendouche verstopt, handdouche houder afgebroken. Foutieve communicatie met toegangscode bij aankomst.
• Gaia (9/5): Nice stay! - The apartment is in a great location, in a quiet and safe area, perfect even for groups of girls. The metro is very close, making it easy to reach the city center. The house is exactly as described, clean and well maintained. Valentina, the host, was very helpful and quick to respond to messages whenever needed. It would be helpful to inform guests that if there are more than two people, the third bed needs to be made by themselves with the provided sheets. This wasn’t clear to us, as it had never happened before. Also, the ceiling lamp is quite low, so you need to be careful not to bump into it. Adding an extra power outlet in the bathroom and some hooks for towels would also be useful.

• Igor (10/5): Amazing; we will be back. - The experience has been extraordinary. The apartment, its comfort and the location to spend a few days in London has been unbeatable. Warm, cozy, with equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom has completely facilitated the stay. In the heart of the Candem district, with the entrance to the subway 150 meters away, it allowed us to feel at home at all times. We are very grateful that the hostess answered immediately all the doubts we had about transport, checking in, checkout... In short, a 10. We have not had any problems.

• Morley (10/5): 100% Recommend - The location was perfect for travelling around London. Tube station, shops and restaurants were within a 3 minute walk. The room was very clean and housed all the facilities required. The street the property was on is very quiet, both day and night and the bed was ridiculously comfortable. There was nothing to dislike about this property.

• Patricia (1/5): A Noisy Nightmare with Uncooperative Hosts - This is a basement flat, however, you would think it would be a cozy and quiet retreat, but my stay turned into a sleepless ordeal. The first issue that became apparent was the incessant noise. Little did I know when I booked this place that it was located right above what seemed to be a train track of the underground tube. The noise from passing trains is apparent until 1am and then starts again at 4.30/5am in the morning. Sleep was an elusive luxury. Adding to the frustration was the complete lack of cooperation from the hosts. When I raised the issue of the noise, they seemed indifferent, they were dismissive and unhelpful. I expected at least a gesture of a partly refund (I am a host myself!) but they were ignorant. Moreover the flat felt damp and my clothes was a bit smelly when I left. This accommodation is a complete disappointment. I would stay away from it.

• Antonio (8/5): Very good - Beautiful design apartment in the Great area, a prime location to be honest. Comfortable bed, new furniture, bright, quiet, good quality shower facilities, great floor. You can wash and dry your clothes - loved it (washing machine capsules were included). Even a dishwasher (but no capsules and we didn't use it). Smartly and not cheap furnished property. Unfortunately, 2 things that really disturbed us - very poor internet (was impossible to work, had to use mobile hotspot). And the smell of mold... you can see the results of flooding, so apparently it didn't dry well (or happened recently). We slept with open windows, became better in 2 days but still. Fair to mention that he host left an aroma candle. And a small comment about bathroom - the door was impossible to close and an old hairdryer (felt dangerous to use it). Let it be cheap but new. You see that people invested, did a good job in the end, but things like this would be nice to fix.
• Xiaoyin (9/5): Superb - Location is very good. A peaceful community just 2 stops from downtown. Lots of eating and shopping places in a 5 min walk. Everything's tidy and clean. Wifi, cooktop, washing machine, all facilities we need. The sofa bed would be a little bit small if you have 4 full adults. We have 3 adults and a kid so it is ok for us. The cooktop was not working until 2 days after we called them. Toilet room door is not working very well.
• Jenny (7/5): Great location and comfortable. - The bed is super comfy and the apartment is really clean. The WiFi didn't work and there was lots of rubbish outside the main window.
• Morv220 (7/5): Good - Superb location, Primrose Hill for dog walks was only a few mins away & Swiss Cottage tube station was 4 mins walk away. Comfort & bedding for sofa bed could have been better. Perfect for 2 adults & a child, so a little cramped for 3 adults, but still really good value for money, would stay again 😁
