• Vytautas (10/5): - Šiuose apartamentuose nebe pirmą kartą. Jie tikrai labai geri ir yra puikioje vietoje. Geras susisiekimas su visa Venecija. 5 minutės iki Rialto ir 10 minučių iki S. Marco-San Zaccaria vaporetto prieplaukų. Netoli nedidelė maisto parduotuvė, kavinės, restoranai. Apartamentuose labai tylu. Kam aktualu - gerai veikia Wi-Fi. Virtuvėje galima gaminti. Yra kavos, arbatos, aliejaus. Kituose komentaruose skaičiau apie cigarečių ar kanalizacijos kvapą, bet mums jokių nemalonių kvapų nesijautė. Šiuos apartamentus jau rekomendavau keliems savo draugams, ir tikrai apsistosiu dar kartą, kai būsiu Venecijoje. Indai galėtų būti plaunami geriau, nes radome nešvarių. Kiek problemiškas dujinės viryklės uždegimas. Šį kartą buvo tik 3 maži pakeliai cukraus dviems žmonėms keturioms nakvynėms?

• Cesar Djeff Joctane (8/5): - La localisation de l’établissement, la propreté la cuisine. Juste pour qui cuisiner la poêle est un peux abîmé sinon dans l’ensemble j’y retournerai sans hésiter
• Wolfgang (5/5): Gute Unterkunft, Service verbesserungsfähig - Die Bewertung von San Lio Romantic X2 a Rialto ist zwiespältig. Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen und Venedig von dort meist fußläufig zu erkunden, Rialto und Markusplatz liegen fast nebenan. Zudem ist die Wohnung gut ausgestattet und sehr ruhig. Als Problem erwies sich, dass man keinen Ansprechpartner hat. Die in der Wohnung ausliegende Telefonnummer ließ sich nicht erreichen und der Kontakt geht nur über Booking.com. Bei uns ergab sich das Problem, dass das Warmwasser nicht funktionierte – bei kühlem Wetter unangenehm. Wir informierten den Vermieter sofort – und danach täglich. Die Korrespondenz liegt bei Booking.com vor. Wir reisten am Freitag an – warmes Wasser hatten wir erst Montag Abend. Dann tropfte die Heizung. Da reagierte der Vermieten binnen ½ Stunde – das war Eigeninteresse. An unserem Abreisetag gab es einen Generalstreik– wie wir später erfuhren sehr kurzfristig angesetzt, jedoch immerhin schon vor zwei Tagen angekündigt. Eine Info hätte den Vermieter einen Augenblick gekostet – kein Eigeninteresse. Wir finden das schade, und hoffen, dass diese Rückmeldung späteren Gästen zugute kommt.

• Marie Noelle (7/5): - La localisation de l appartement en plein centre et proche de tous les endroits à visiter, le calme et le fait qu il est possible de cuisiner. Proche d un supermarché pour acheter tout le nécessaire dont des produits traiteurs. La climatisation pour ne pas avoir trop chaud L appartement n est pas très bien decore style rock bof. Gros point noir pour la gestion des poubelles on doit jeter les poubelles avant de partir mais il n y a pas de poubelle extérieur et si on dépose un sac dehors c est une amende de 160 euros, il faut que cela soit gérer par la femme de ménage ou donner des instructions sur la gestion des poubelles qui est très complexe à venise

• Dan (4/5): San Lio Romantic is Tough Love - Location was great. close to all San Marcos attractions. We had an issue with hot water and the staff came to resolve with little hesitation. There are lots of rules you need to follow as a renter. I chose to walk to their other location to get the key - not a good choice as the crowds were difficult to handle after a long day of travel. As you get in Venice, there is a sewer smell that you notice from time to time. Here the smell was constant and strong. You would accumulate dirt on you feet as you walked barefoot from room to room. I got the sense that you'll rent the room regardless or someone else will.
• Xiaomei (8/5): Cosy apartment - Location is great and safe, very close to Rialto bridge and St. Marco. There is a coop supermarket nearby. We used the kitchen to cook. Kitchen utensils are available. Air conditioning is good and bed is quite comfortable.
• Shane (5/5): Very disappointed with the property management, poor communication, delayed responses and unreasonable cost for what is - Clean. The directions to the property was frustrating and could be simplified with a Google photo show direction from the key pickup. We stayed for 5 nights in a very hot time of season requiring multiple showers and was provided only one towel each. When additional towels were requested we were told it was a 30 euro charge. That’s not reasonable considering the length of the stay.

• Lilac (8/5): Great location and very nice/quiet apartment. We did have a blackout and WiFi issues but soon got resolved! Apart fr - Great location, comfortable space and good facilities. Had a few issues with WiFi and did have a blackout.

• Elodie (9/5): Everything you need! - The appartment is super central with all touristic and Italian necessities close by (great ice-cream, coffee, food etc). There's also an supermarket close-by for who wants to cook and save some money. The mattress is super comfy and we went in November the heating was already on and kept us warm! The cleaning could be a more thorough but it's not dirty either, also the appartment is less luminous than it looks on the picture but for central Venice it's pretty standard.
• Swango (10/5): Awesome! The owner should be commended as well as the agent who met us. - We enjoyed our stay very much as the location was perfect. The agent who met us was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable which is very important. It was so nice having a kitchen so that we could have meals in if we wanted. The bathroom had sufficient towels and also a hair dryer. The owner provided a binder with all sorts of information that was very useful. The only suggestion I would make is that the person cleaning the unit does not know how to clean the stainless cabinets properly which makes the kitchen look bad but, the kitchen was very clean otherwise. Also, the tap on the kitchen sink kept on falling off so it needs tightening. There was nothing we didn't like.
• Gregor70s (10/5): Excellent stay. Very good, cosy appartment. - Clean appartment. Very quiet - there is no noise from the street at all. A comfortable bed. Good choice for couples. Easy access to Rialto bridge. St. Mark's Square within walking distance. I would chose that hotel for my next trip to Venice. Modern technologies: if you lose your phone or if you don't have access to the Internet - you have no chance for accomodation. My advise: do your check-in and send copies of all your passports (picture pages) in advance, before (!) you start your travel (I know how it sounds - doing check-in when you are sitting in your own garden at home).
• Elizabeth (8/5): We enjoyed our stay our Venice. - The location was perfect near the Rialto bridge and close to shops and restaurants. The apartment was fine. The bedroom was comfortable. Instructions were easy to understand and helpful.
