• Josephin (10/5): Super Unterkunft für Mischung aus Meer und Stadt - Für uns war das Apartment perfekt. Es war liebevoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet, sodass man sich gleich wohlfühlt. In 5 min ist man am Meer und kann an der Promenade spazieren oder Sport machen, in ca. 35 min ist man in die Innenstadt gelaufen. Es gibt direkt einen frischen Markt in der Umgebung und auch andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Es ist ein Wohnviertel und man bekommt das tägliche Leben abseits des Tourismus mit. Wir waren insgesamt viel fußläufig unterwegs - es gibt aber auch sehr nah eine Bushaltestelle.

• Stijn (10/5): Prijskwaliteit heel goede uitvalsbasis om Malaga en omgeving te verkennen - Mooi ingericht appartement dicht bij centrum Malaga. Je geraakt er makkelijk met de trein en metro (halte Prinses Huelin) vanaf de luchthaven. Het centrum van Malaga en de kuststreek zijn op die manier vlakbij. Prijskwaliteit was dit ook prima met een attente host.
• Ina (8/5): Квартире есть все необходимое. Были небольшие нюансы, но в целом нормально. На второй день появились муравьи - вот это б - Очень отзывчивый хозяин, всегда готов помочь. Рядом есть Лидл и Меркадона, кафе. Сальвадор со свежей выпечкой каждое утро и кафе со вкусным мороженым. Хороший пляж в 3-5 мин. Остановки общественного транспорта. До центра далеко, около 3 км. Ездили на автобусе.
• Libor (9/5): Well equiped, spacious but need a bit refresh. Good value for money. - Apartment is overall very nice. Equipped with everything you need. Allthough it may need a bit refresh. In colder times you need to heat with A/C which is far from main bedroom tho. Common spaces oustide apartment like stairs and elevator are very narrow.

• Alessandro (8/5): - Posizione buona e tranquilla … appartamento pulito e confortevole , proprietario disponibile per tutto Unica nota da migliorare (ma per pochi gg va bene lo stesso) sono i materassi bassi in cameretta ( un po’ scomodo per adulti) e il lettino che si estrae rimani praticamente a terra.

• Jennifer (9/5): We had a wonderful stay and the price was excellent value for the space and location. - Great location near the beach and easy access to Malaga Centro by subway or walking, many good cafes/bars/restaurants nearby, airport bus stop a couple blocks away. Apartment was super clean with a wonderful kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed to eat in. Host provided delicious fruit to enjoy. Beds were comfy, lots of closet space, beach towels/umbrella provided and big windows provided lots of light and a city/sea view nice at sunset. A washing machine makes it perfect for a longer stay. It looks just like its photos. It is in a residential building and neighbors may be a little noisy some evenings, but it wasn’t for long.
• Karolína (10/5): Exceptional - The location is great (close to the sea, close to the city centre on foot - like a half an hour walk by the sea which is beautiful), close to several bus stations if you don't feel like walking that day, too). We were told the area might be a bit noisy but it wasn't at all. The view is beautiful. There's a working AC, and the kitchen is nice and functional (microwave, cooker, oven, fridge, dishes etc - no kettle, but the induction stove is almost as quick at boiling water so who cares). Everything was comfy, I liked that the wardrobes had shelves. The bathroom was also nice, there was always enough hot water for everyone. The fruit was a nice touch :) The host texted me himself on whatsapp almost immediately so it was nice that I didn't have to call (booking said call, and I prefer texts). He was also very flexible with the times of our arrival. The AC works and you could also use it to heat the room if you travel there in winter, it's not just the cooling one. Generally, we truly enjoyed out stay there! We changed a different accommodation to this cause the first one was awful and this one was SO MUCH BETTER we kept saying how happy we were we switched to this the whole time. Can't recommend enough, 10/10.
• Tsvetelina (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very cozy for our short stay. Everything we needed was provided and the location was perfect, especially for people who travel a lot with the bus from the bus station.

• Diego (9/5): Amazing discovery, loved the location, the beach and the apartment. - Amazing value for money. Very well furnished apartment with HD TV, sofa, beach stuff such as towels, parasol & frigobox. Extremely close to a very calm non-touristic beach as well as a number of restaurant and bars. Fermin is a great host, he welcomed us right on time, with cold water, a basket of fruits and coffee/cookies. He also proactively contacted us on WhatsApp for any building-related information, and was reachable all over the week. You could hear the neighbours' family during the day because they kept their front door open at all times. The building door was a bit tricky to open.
• Louise (8/5): Super host, well equipped apartment - The apartment was well-located for our needs; close to the sea and beach, close to the main area of Malaga, not far from the airport and close to the Metro. Our host was very helpful and very responsive. We had an issue with the water supply and the host did everything possible to ensure it was sorted as soon as possible. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. The apartment is on the sixth floor so you do need to use the lift unless you like the exercise; walking up the stairs. We did not find this an issue however.
• Radosław (9/5): Superb - We arrived in the middle of the night, no problem with check-in. Owner came and let us in. Appartment is located near to the beach, also distance to Metro is small, you can get to the center of Malaga within 15 minutes.

• Amberflorence (10/5): Beautiful flat, perfect location - The location of the apartment is perfect. Easy access to the airport via airport bus (4 minute walk from stop), everything you need is nearby; beach (5 mins), supermarkets, restaurants, and a short walk to train station and Málaga centre. But it's not a touristy area, meaning all the bars/restaurants are frequented by locals. The flat itself is on the 6th floor, accessible by lift, so you can see the sea, mountains and have lovely afternoon light. You also don't get the noise from the street. Everyone living in the building was really friendly towards us. The flat was very clean and has everything you need to prepare food and enjoy your stay, even includes beach towels, an umbrella and cooler, which we made very good use of. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Fermín was very friendly, flexible and kind. If we were ever to return to Málaga, we would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone to make the most of this beautiful city. Leaving
• Katarina (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice clean and I can say higher than average equipped apartment. Location full of restaurants bars, panaderias...very close to the beach and approx 10min by bus to the city centre. With small kids I specially appreciated washing machine. The owner is very kind and help with everything you need. I can recommend. I missed dishwasher a bit.
