- Stephane (3/5): L’emplacement mériterait un logement mieux entretenu. - La situation géographique est top, hyper central, à 5 minutes du Rialto, à côté de marché. Il y a beaucoup de points négatifs : environ 80 marches pour y accéder, des escaliers sales avec une odeur désagréable de moisi les plafonds du logement sont bas (2,1 m) et les peintures en mauvais état. Les matelas sont très anciens et très usés avec même un carton sous un sommier. Le siège du salon est abîmé, la paille trouée, et une odeur désagréable d’égout persiste dans la salle d’eau. Enfin, l’appartement est très mal insonorisé : on entend les bruits de la rue toute la nuit. Les photos de l’appartement ne reflètent absolument pas la réalité.

- Sadia (4/5): Disappointing - The location is brilliant and the flatbis super spacious. We paid 300 a night for this location but as everything is close by you can go a little further out and save a bit of money. Great atmosphere in the local area, fresh pasta place right next door on the ground floor, amazing ice-cream across the way, and the best prices for shopping that we found. These pictures are edited, the flat was not light and airy. It was very dusty, there were 80 steep steps to the top, in a filthy condition. The flat itself had a lot of dust, even inside the cupboards, we could see it under the tables and chairs, and sofa. The beds were unfortunately not comfortable and the lighting was limited. With the majority of it being lamps and not a main lighting system, which understandable when you consider the age of the flat. I would just have liked to have seen more realistic images of the place.
