- Maryallana (9/5): A cosy cottage in a great location but a shame it wasn’t cleaned properly prior to arrival. - The decor, cosy cottage feel, layout and location. It wasn’t cleaned properly prior to our arrival.
- Felix (7/5): Good -
- Caleb (10/5): Exceptional -
- Colum (10/5): Exceptional - Very cosy as is in the name! Accommodation had everything we needed and more. Great host which supplied all information prior to check in/out and even left a welcome gift upon arrival!
- Grounds (10/5): Cozy, well organised property delivers exactly as promised - Cozy, well organised property delivers exactly as promised. Attention to detail was excellent, and everything one could possibly want from a short stay location was anticipated and provided. Affordable and excellent for a couple or small family. Nothing. It was excellent for the price, and location wasn't a concern for us as we had our own transport.
- Michelle (9/5): Superb -
- Japa (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful and well appointed home. Best of both worlds - well renovated but with original features. Had everything we needed and more. Could happily stay much longer! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property. Small families or couples (room for 2 x pairs) will love it. There was nothing we didn't like.
- Laurie (9/5): The cottage was very quaint, clean and attention to detail was excellent - The host was easy to deal with via SMS. The cottage was very quaint, clean and attention to detail was excellent with supplying everything - from the welcome wine and chocolates, to the tea/coffee, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, fire wood. Central location.
- Jack (6/5): Carnival of Flowers weekend in Toowoomba - The cottage was adequate for our needs situated though as it was on a four lane highway favoured by trucks of all sizes all day and night. The cottage had tongue and groove walls all painted white except where the old wiring and switchboards had been removed and neither painted over or cleaned off. The old floorboards had all been cleaned up and varnished and looked quite attractive but there was not a carpet ,rug, or mat anywhere in the house which made walking on bare boards in bare feet a bit noisy and challenging when it got cold. The promised directory would have been very helpful if we could have found it . They say that the camera does not lie but the photograph of the cottage standing proud in isolation belies the fact that it is in a line of old suburban houses on a busy street. One needs a fair bit of imagination to see the beautiful gardens. There are three photos of the lounge room , none of which show it looking as it does now. The high –sided bath also makes it difficult for old people with limb problems. On the whole, however , it was adequate for our needs see above
- Val (9/5): We enjoyed the comfort and amenities and being able to communicate with host. - Cosy, clean and very well supplied with the necessities. I liked everything but have a suggestion. It would be safer to have a hand rail for oldies for shower over bath. The suction mat supplied was much appreciated thank you.
- Kylie (9/5): Superb -
- Noeline (10/5): Exceptional - There was so much to love with many thoughtful extras from chocolates + wine to chopped firewood. Sweet decor complimented the cosy cottage. Wish we could have stayed longer. Might have been helpful to have a surface to place a bag.
- Christine (10/5): Perfect location, very cosy house with everything you need - Everything it’s such a beautiful place to stay
- Bob (8/5): Very good -
- Kristy (10/5): Thanks so much for allowing us to stay. It was definitely cosy and comfortable. I highly recommend this accommodation - I loved the fireplace and the extra little touches.
- Jordan (9/5): Superb -
- Kc (10/5): Exceptional - This is indeed a Cheerful and Cosy cottage. It is a well-thought-out property that contains everything a traveller could wish for - a washing machine, peace and quiet, Netflix, Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, a kitchen full of beautiful dishware, and even a welcome gift. Great attention to detail has been paid. If you are travelling for work, it is probably not the best option. I asked for the tax invoice several times, but never received one. Due to our strict work policies, I had to pay out of my pocket. However, if this is a leisure trip, do not hesitate to book this amazing place.
- Caroline (10/5): Comfort, Comfort and Comfort - Bravo to the host of this property, it's a delightful treat. - Absolutely love our stay, there was nothing else I could have asked for. Recently modernise and what a treat. It had more than is expected from a home stay. So many extra little touch made our stay very enjoyable. Would highly recommend this property for comfort and it facilities. Well done guys wish I didn't live on the otherside of Australia or I would be using this little treat often. It was close to everything and downtown Toowoomba was only 5-10 minute drive. Race course also very close for those who like attending punting weekends. I didn't like anything, only thing I found a little difficulty was the narrowness of the driveway and the power pole on the verge. But for those of you who have no issue with reversing, this place is a little gem.
- Symone (10/5): we will definitely return again loved it so much - very cosy and comfortable, love that it has original features
- Rosina (8/5): Very good - The bottle of wine and chocolate was unexpected and a nice touch. I didn't realise it would be on a busy road.
I have to have fresh air and with windows open it was very noisy.
