Zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten beim Stephansdom. Gute ÖV Anschlüsse Keine zusätzliche Ablagefläche in den Zimmern. Kaffeeautomat fiel am Morgen aus (StandBy).

• Maria (5/5): Nice location, no emergency phone available after 9 pm - The vicinity to city center. There is no 24 hour emergency phone. I was not able to open the door of my room late in the evening, not possible to contact the host, and had to stay in the entrance hall the entire night.

No hay tomas electricos en el sector de comedor para enchufar la laptop. la maquina de cafe (vending paga) a veces no andaba. el agua de la ducha salia bien pero estaba dificil de regular la temperatura y la presion podria ser unpoco mejor. podria agregar un secaplatos.

• Agata (7/5): Amazing location close to the Schwedenplatz - The location is outstanding. The kitchen, and common rooms are very good, and the beds and rooms are quite comfortable. The rooms could have vanities or closets, and also ventilations. The bathrooms very often didn't have toilet paper and water pressure and hot water was sometimes not working properly. Everything else was good!

• Anna (9/5): - Локація чудова - переходиш міст і ти вже в центрі біля собору св. Стефана! Також було доволі чисто і зручно. Неймовірним сюрпризом було отримати промокод від помешекання на безкоштовни концерт класичної музики в палаці Auersperg! Це був чудовий вечір і класний початок знайомства з Віднем В кімнаті було холодно і дуйчик не допомагав. Заселення з 15.00, проте хотілось би мати змогу хоча б речі залишити у хостелі раніше, якщо люди привують раніше, то це дуже незручно. В кімнаті не вистачає шафи/тумбочки або хоча б столика, всі свої дрібні речі зберігали на підвіконні.

• Alina (8/5): Отлично по соотношению цена-качество - Очень удобное размещение хостела, всюду чисто, на кухне есть все необходимое, души и туалеты комфортные, отличный матрас на кровати, в целом здесь приятно находиться. Очень разочаровало, что нельзя оставить багаж, ровно в 11.00 нужно уйти вместе с сумками. Последний день был осложнен прогулкой по городу с чемоданами😒

• Luka (1/5): Highly do not recommened. - Location is good That’s very smelly. The smell was so bad we needed to luft the apartment for a whole day. Window has an entrance to a building hall. Wi-fi doesn’t work. No room for 4 adults. Very poor sound isolation.
• Jose (10/5): Buena ubicación - Muy fácil de llegar y entrar, el lugar está muy bien ubicado, el mejor que encontramos por el precio a la zona céntrica o turística, desde allí podíamos llegar caminando 15min a la catedral de San Esteban, o ir a la estación qué estaba a la vuelta de la esquina. Los baños limpios, tenía nevera para refrigerar cosas y cocina bien equipada. La habitación algo pequeña pero no necesitas más. De pronto a mejorar, podrían colocar una mesita como para colocar cosas en la habitación y no tenía horno microondas por lo que para calentar algo rápido toca igual en estufa.

• Ina (8/5): - Der var rent og det var let at checke ind plus det lå tæt på byen Køjesengen var gået i stykker og larmer hver gang man rykkede på sig… og stolene i fællesområdet var i stykker plus kaffemaskinen gav mig ingen kaffe da jeg betalte for den og maskinen var i stykker to gange mens vi var der😅 Men ellers hyggelig stemning og god placering!

• Denise (2/5): - Die Lage war gut. Hotline war erreichbar und freundlich. Der Boden war nicht sauber. Ohne Schuhe wollte man nicht auf den Boden gehen. Wände sehr dünn. Betten nicht stabil und sehr wackelig.

On entend la circulation des voitures et tout ce qui se passe dans l’immeuble. Le chauffage ne marchait pas toujours. On a eu très froid. La wifi ne marchait également pas toujours.

• Wangberg Lund (7/5): Enkelt og tilfredstillende - Veldig enkelt med innsjekk og utsjekk. Felles baderom var av god standard. Gikk fort tomt for dopapir og tørkepapir på fellesarealene. Tok litt tid før det ble fyllt på.
• Maite (8/5): Well located, showers and facilities were organized and clean during my stay. Bring ear protection of you have light sle - The property is very well located, the kitchen works well and you can seat in the common area to work, for instance. If you have a light sleep, it can be noisy. Depending on who else is staying (very noisy /messy or more well behaved people) you will have a different experience . So I say it depends a bit on luck. When I travelled most guests were people in their early 20’s, many girls, some guys. They were ok, not very loud, neither leaving particular messes behind. But I can see how it could have been problematic if the other guests were more chaotic. I found a power plug behind the coffee machine to work in the common area, but they could actually add some power plugs, so people can more comfortably work / study from the tables on the common area (as the rooms have no desks, of course) The cleaning staff did an amazing job, super hard working. But I can see how they should have had more people doing the job. I think it was a lot of heavy work for one person to take care of everything.
• РадостьСветлик (10/5): Хороший хостел в Вене - Отличный хостел в центре Вены рядом с набережной, есть кухня, холодильник, духовка, Тостер, электрочайник, в номере только кровати и вешалка для вещей. Есть зона отдыха где можно пообедать или поужинать. Персонал приветливый. Много душей и туалетов, очень комфортные и большие. Нет стола в номере, нет микроволновой печи на кухне, автомат с кофе был часто не справен.Кровати не очень удобные.

• Axel (7/5): - Esteticamente fue de los mejores que he estado, limpio y ordenado, los baños impecables y la habitacion amplia y muy comoda. Ubicacion regular Funcionalmente falta bastante, creo que el lavavajillas es innecesario, deberian sacarlo y poner un microondas o algun electrodomestico mas funcional, no habia para poner nombre a las comidas, lo peor de todo es que no habia ninguna fuente para poder cocinar en el horno, para que tener horno si no se puede cocinar, dicen que habia cafetera cuando no la hay. Repito lavavajillas innecesario. Poner microondas. Una ultima cosa, la habitacion 7 arreglar el picaporte que cuando pones la clave no siempre funciona.

• Silvia (5/5): - The bathrooms were dirty, and although there is a cleaner, they were not well maintained. The cleaning did not seem to be done properly, more like a quick pass rather than thorough work. Otherwise, everything else was fine.
• Vittoria (1/5): - Assurdo come sia gestita la “reception” che poi appunto non esiste, io e la mia amica abbiamo perso 9 vite perché la struttura si era dimenticata di darci il codice di entrata, sia per entrare proprio all’interno, sia codice e numero di camera. Non c’era nessuno a cui chiedere e chiamare, chattavamo con un chatbot su Booking, che non rispondeva nemmeno. Meno male abbiamo chiesto aiuto a chi era lì che ci ha aiutato e fatto entrare e insieme insistendo più volte con il chatbot siamo riuscite ad ottenere tutti i vari codici. Non ve lo consiglio, o se propio assicuratevi di avere codice porta d’entrata e codice stanze perché sennò veramente rimanete chiusi fuori, non c’è letteralmente nessuno.

But the Wi-Fi really doesn't wor - Very good location, lots of transport nearby and you can easily get to almost any location in the city. Very clean and lots of bathrooms and showers. There are not enough utensils for such a large number of people. There were not enough forks, spoons and the like. We stayed for 2 nights and on the first day, it was just extremely cold in the room. When we started to deal with this issue on the second day. The charming manager Jasmine helped us solve this issue and we were moved to another room. Everything was great in it

• Nimo (7/5): My kids and I like very much the place was very comfy and lovely. - There wasn't breakfast but ,the location was really good it center , clean and friendly atmosphere. You can make you own breakfast or eat out. It would be better if one can be accessed clean facilities to use own room and change sheets if you stay home then a night.
• Laurie (2/5): Abysmal and dirty - The property was well located. The only reason this is getting a 2 and not a 1! The property on arrival looks modern. However, the more time you spend there the more you notice the dishevelled look it has. There is grazed wallpaper, dirty areas in the communal areas and rooms etc. During our stay we found ants (pictured) in the room. They were on the bed and on the floor and windowsill (the floor and windowsill were dirty as is also pictured) and there was powder-like stuff around the floor which could be evidence of prior knowledge of the ant issue. We contacted customer service at the property which I can only describe as abysmal! The lady on the phone was extremely rude and kept hanging up on me. She also told me bugs were ‘just nature’. The only solution offered by the property was to clean the room - which should have been cleaned prior to our arrival anyways and would not get rid of the ants! Refund/compensation was refused at anything more than 10% which was not acceptable to us. The lady on the phone (after clearly disconnecting) said ‘oh it must have been connection’ in a condescending tone and laughed!!! As well as the above issues, the ‘cleaner’ came whilst we were there and on leaving the floors still had our socks dirty from just going to and from the kitchen. There was also extremely limited toilet roll for the amount of guests, the vending machine was not stocked up and there was no facilities to use the hot drinks machine. Also, the showers flooded the whole room (communal) and there was no equipment to be able to clean/push water down drains. I would not stay here again. I appreciate the price is cheap however, I still don’t think it’s worth the money giving the problems and absolutely appalling customer service!

Diğer katlardaki wifi’ların çalışmadığını bildirmemize rağmen hiçbir şey yapmadılar. “Bağlanamamışsınızdır” diyerek geçiştirdiler. Yatak çarşafları ve yastık kılığı değildi. Ayrıca konumu kötü.
• Corina (3/5): - Location Missing: Forks, cooking equipment (only three different sizes of pots, no pans), microwave, kettle, cleaning cloths and, most importantly, chairs. Only six chairs for three huge tables. The coffee machine did not work. There is a snack machine, but it was out of stock, and nothing was added during our stay. In the mornings, there was a cleaning lady, whom we all went to ask questions because she was the only face we saw, but she was not friendly and did not know anything.

• Marieta (4/5): - The location and check-in are very good. The room is clean and comfortable. There was not toilet paper in any of bathrooms and there was not internet. If there are too many people using the bathrooms, you may put a roll of toilet paper in the room. But going through all bathrooms searching a toilet paper, when you need to go is frustrating!
• matteo (4/5): Ottima posizione ma servizio deludente e condizioni peggiori che da foto. - Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro a piedi Totale assenza di personale. Spazi molto ristretti delle camere, solo letti senza alcun appoggio. Spazi comuni molto ridotti, presenti 3 tavoli grandi per mangiare ma solo 6 sedie , non 15 come nelle foto. Padelle e pentole quasi assenti, presente solo 1 pentolino piccolo e un pentolone grande. Non presente macchina per caffè ne bollitore ne cornetto come mostrato in foto. Bagni uomo donna non separati ma comuni, una doccia aveva la porta rotta e non era utilizzabile. Le pulizie dello stabile vengono fatte dalle 9 alle 10, un po’ troppo poco perché spazi comuni e bagni rimangano puliti l’intera giornata essendoci sempre presenti 20/30 persone

• Nataliia (3/5): - Skoro nic. Jenom že ta lokalita byla skvělá. Pokoj byl špatně osvětlený – tmavý, velmi chladná a oknem a dveřmi foukal vítr, takže bylo nepříjemné a nemožné se zahřát. Nebyly tam absolutně žádné noční stolky ani police na osobní věci nebo toaletní potřeby. Vypínače a zásuvky byly umístěny u vchodových dveří, což znamenalo, že jste nemohli opustit pokoj, zatímco se vám nabíjel telefon.
