• Ainoa (4/5): Nada de lo que se ve en fotos es realmente cierto - Nada La habitación no estaba limpia, las ventanas no aíslan del exterior y entra el frío. Se escucha todo dentro del edificio. La zona común para comer no la pudimos usar porque estaba cerrada, y los elementos que teníamos en la habitación para “cocinar” no se podían usar porque estaban quemados. El check-in lo hicimos en un kiosko al lado de la entrada al hotel, cosa que no está indicada en ninguna parte. El personal no fue amable

• Marika (1/5): Peggio di così era impossibile - L'unico motivo per prenotare questo posto è la vicinanza al Troxy. Molto utile se hai un concerto lì, anche se, se arrivi qualche decina di minuti prima del concerto come nel mio caso, rischi di perdertelo perché il gestore non risponde né ti spiega come fare check-in. Tutto il resto è da buttare. Parto dalla cosa più grave. C'erano degli insetti nel letto che mi hanno camminato addosso per 2 notti senza farmi dormire. Poi c'era un fazzoletto nella doccia, la ventola del bagno era rotta e sporca. Il pavimento sporco in alcuni punti. La porta della stanza era inclinata, lasciando una fessura in alto, e la serratura quasi completamente rotta, con il rischio di spezzare la chiave ogni volta. Non ho mai visto nulla del genere. Terrificante. PS: se arrivate e non sapete come fare check in chiedete alla pizzeria all'angolo. Un simpatico signore che parla benissimo l'italiano vi indicherà in quale negozio andare a recuperare le chiavi.

Il bro molto disponibile, ci ha fatto avere il phon come ci aveva detto. Se usato come appoggio soltanto per dormire, consigliato! La camera é piccola ma funzionale. Pulito il giusto, un rotolo di carta igienica in più sarebbe stato gradito. Finestre molto sottili, si sentono molti rumori dalla strada e dall'esterno.
• Lídia Klára (2/5): - Nagyon közel volt a buszmegálló és egy bolt is. A szoba fűtőtesttel volt felszerelve. Nem kaptunk előzetesen információt, hogyan jutunk be, pedig jeleztem, mikor fogunk érkezni, de zárt ajtó fogadott. Többszöri hívás és 15 perc várakozás után derült ki, hogy a kulcsot a sarkon lévő shisha shopból kellett volna megszereznünk. Az épületben állott olajszag uralkodott, amit az alatta található chicken shopnak tulajdonítottam. A szoba szörnyű volt és nagyon koszos. Az egész fürdőszoba penészes, és az előző (vagy még azelőtti?) vendég haja fogadott a lefolyóban. Az egyik ablaktábla be volt törve, emiatt az eleve hangos utcazaj még jobban beszűrődött, nagyon hangos volt éjszaka is.

• Guest (1/5): Disappointed and disgusted - Location and access to public transport The room smells and dirty, you can't open the window or enjoy fresh air in the room because of the smell of cannabis around the building. Poor customer service and the staff doesn't care. I stayed outside for 45 mins waiting for someone to give me access to the room. The TV never worked and the wall socket Connecting the TV and no effort was made to fix it. I am so disappointed and disgusted, I regretted ever booking the property. It is shameful that booking.com platform has becoming a place to advertise all useless property, it is sad that the company are not doing a enough due diligence to ensure standard. I won't use booking. Com based on this experience.

I am travelling with my wife and son,a person without checking online and booking confirmation he mocked my room and said to out unauthorisedly and attempted to physically assault and an effort to force me out. This was extremely distressing for me and my family, and we now feel unsafe and insecure at this property. This behaviour amounts to intimidation and physical assault. I urgently request that you: Relocate me and my family to a safe alternative accommodation immediately. Investigate this incident and take appropriate action against the property. • Eduardo (2/5): O quarto é barato por alguma razão. A cada dia um novo episódio bizarro. O prédio até tem condições mas não me parece be - O colchão e almofadas são confortáveis. Sujidade geral do quarto, casa de com um armaria cheio de papel ressecado e preservativos usados (ver foto), deram chave errada para aceder ao prédio no primeiro dia, quarto encostado a bar com música alta (as paredes e o chão vibravam!!), a televisão não funcionava, não havia secador, falta de um cesto do lixo no quarto, VI UM RATO NA COZINHA (saiu do caixote do lixo em pânico quando sentiu que entrei na cozinha)

• Alexandra (3/5): Sale et manque de communication ! - Bien situé par rapport à ce que je souhaitais. Manque d'indications quant au check-in, qui pourrait nous être communiqué en amont. C'était sale, il n'y a pas d'autres mots. La propreté c'est essentiel, peu importe le prix : poils dans le lit, poussière, miroir avec trace de maquillage et dentifrice...et j'en passe. Un bordel monstre vers 1h du matin dans la chambre d'à côté. Était-il en train de faire le ménage en pleine nuit ? Je n'avais jamais vu ça auparavant. Pour mon check-out, les horaires sont de 9h30 à 10h30 mais à 9h40 la boutique pour remettre les clés était toujours fermée. En bref...si la propreté et le bien-être sont des éléments importants pour vous : fuyez !

There is a lot of rubbish in the backyard, so a bunch of flies in your room. The kitten is dirty, and the oven is broken. Whether the washing machine is usable is in doubt. There's only one hair dryer, so you might have to find out who took the hair dryer back to the room. The receptionist will copy your photo ID

There was a functioning microwave The kitchen wasn't clean and the bins were not emptied over the 3 nights I was there. The bed mattress was rock hard.

Disgusting bathroom, full of mold, infiltration, and actual (that's not a joke) $#!/ in the toilet. Someone left a diarrhea mark, and the host didn't even bother to clean it. The box for a bath was absolutely dirt, black dirt marks all around, rust and mold. The room is really hot, I woke up sweet every day. You can hear absolutely everything from the side room. The floor on the bedroom was sticking, and the toilet paper was left over from someone who was there before. You can see when it's just half a roll... I wouldn't recommend no-one to be there, specifically if you take your wife or partner whatever you have. The window board was full of cigarettes, absolutely the worth place i have ever paid for. A Fleabag not to say a $#!/hole. My wife it's allergic to fleas. Guess what bit her legs? Well it wouldn't be a fleabag without fleas on the bed...

Syf i grzyb jednym słowem Na zameldowanie musieliśmy czekać 40 min przed drzwiami bo nikt nie odbierał telefonu .. pa zameldowaniu okazało się że to nie ten pokój .. na początku mieliśmy dostać kuchnię którą należy do właściciela i prześiaduje tam .. w samym pokój syf i brud.. w łazience wszędzie pleśń, bez klapek nie ma co nawet iść pod prysznic .. okno w żadnym stopniu szczelne .. drewno dotyka drewno i wieje przez nie w nocy .. właściciel robi sobie z noclegu nocleg „na szybkie numerki”.. wszytko słychać bo ściana to kawałek deski .. porażka nie warto tego brać .. -10/10

Było bardzo głośno, aż ciężko było zasnąć(kupiliśmy zatyczki do uszu), strasznie brudno( łazienka zapleśniała w pokoju bardzo brudno) , kuchnia niestety nie była do użytku bo mieszka tam Pan który zajmuje się tym miejscem. Okolica dość słaba( nie ma zbyt wielu miejsc obok). W pokoju dość zimno i jest przeciąg. Łóżko twarde. Podczas naszego pobytu zostały zmienione zamki w drzwiach głównych bez poinformowania nas wcześniej i bardzo nas to wystraszyło jak nie mogliśmy tam wejść.

• Adaora (5/5): Disappointing - WiFi The bedsheets looked old and had a few stains. The noise from outside. The mould behind the main entrance door when shut. The tv and manual heater were not coming on because apparently, the socket was burnt. Could even smell it burning when I tried to put it on so had to put off immediately. I used cold water to have a shower the second day because the hot water was taking a very long time to come on.
