• Danni (8/5): Great base to discover Florence from - Great location, good value for money. Easy self check in and out. Fast communication with staff. Nice to have an entire apartment, especially if you want to have breakfast in. Many bar and restaurants in area, not noisy inside. Let us check in early, which was very helpful. Many stairs to 3rd floor apartment - not wheelchair/stroller friendly. Shower flooded/seemed blocked.

• Fuensanta (9/5): 7 dias en Florencia - Muy buena ubicación, frente al centro pero en zona tranquila. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para estar varios días. Se agradece también el aire acondicionado. Si bien es cierto que al piso de arriba no llega, pero con el ventilador del techo lo pude solventar. La cama. En una estancia de varios días se nota que no se descansa bien porque los colchones son muy blandos. Es una lástima que con tan solo un cambio de colchones mi experiencia hubiese sido otra, porque los últimos días ya me pesaban. Por otro lado, hay muchas escaleras, que si para mí no son ningún problema, entiendo que para otras personas lo puedan ser.

• S-e-ven (8/5): Nice but could be easily way better - - great location - good equipped kitchen - floor is with bricks, nice idea and experience - nice shower - pics are accurate - good check in solution - the apartment needs just a little bit more love - way too few plugs sockets. There are lamps without bulbs and the extensions also don't work. The atmosphere of the apartment goes down big time. This is a pity as otherwise it would be really nice.

• Rohandey (8/5): Very good - I liked the querkiness of the place. Also it has a washing machine and big TV, it feels like you are staying at someone's place. Daily housekeeping with extra charge. Lots of stairs to get in and very squeaky stairs inside. Contrary to the description, there is no extra toilet and certainly no view, unless you consider a wall to be a landmark view.

• Eu_mara (10/5): Exceptional - The place is big and very good for solo traveler or couples. Easy to access from the airport with the bus or taxi. Just 5 minutes walk from Ponte Vecchio and lots of good places to eat and drink around the area. It is very interesting apartment in an old space that probably was part of a church. It as a daily cleaning service also. It has an air conditioned and in the room has also a ceiling ventilator so it stay cold during the night. I had a 2 weeks there and enjoyed it.
• Corlea (5/5): Don’t stay here - The location was good, a short walk from the centre of town. The room smells like smoke, the shower is so small that the water leaks all over the floor, had to ask for more toilet paper… ended up buying our own. Bed was so hard we could not sleep. Air conditioning only works in the downstairs area, so bedroom stays hot. Floor in the kitchen is so uneven, it’s hard to move around.

• Dilruba (3/5): Poor - Clean, perfect location Long stairs hard if you have luggage. Although it was not very cold outside, it was very cold inside the house and the heaters were not working.

• Zeynep (8/5): Wonderful - It was close to the tourist spots and also host was very nice. The gelato place near to the room was the best gelato that I ever had. I definitely suggest this room you won’t regret.
