• Vilson Carlos (5/5): Muy regular - La ubicación. Primero que traté de mi comunicarme con ellos y nunca tuve una respuesta. Estuve 5 días y queria cambiar los toallas. Y faltaba taza para tomar el desayuno, tampoco había cucharas pequeñas (solo había una) como tenía que compartir con la otra habitación. Era complicado. Poco espacio. Nunca sacaran la basura en los 5 días que tuvimos.

• poullain (5/5): Pas top - Les équipements et la cuisine L’emplacement qui est mal fréquenté , punaise de lit dans la douche , cheveux sur les serviettes et dans le lit ainsi que l’odeur dans l’immeuble

• Carlotta (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno in una struttura comoda e accogliente, pulita e tenuta da persone estremamente disponibili e gentili. O - La posizione comoda, l’arredamento accogliente, la pulizia e la comodità nell’entrare nella struttura. L’acqua della doccia non si stabilizzava sul caldo e non abbiamo trovato il phon.

• Deimantė (2/5): - Itin nešvaru, kambaryje senienos kvapas, nuo kaldros taip pat tvyrojo baisus kvapas, duše plaukiojo plaukai ( matyt nesutvarkyta po praeitų svečių ) , apie virtuvės tvarką išvis nėra žodžių.. Vieta taip pat atrodo labai nesaugi.

• Christopher (8/5): - La ubicación fue lo mejor, bastante práctica para tomar metro o bus. En general es una buena relación calidad-precio. Nos fue útil para lo que lo necesitábamos, solo 1 noche antes de ir al aeropuerto. Nunca vimos a ningún personal, todo es a través de mensajes e instructivos. El elevador es muy poco práctico ya que requiere de una llave. En el baño no ponen ni siquiera jabón de manos, solamente toallas por suerte nosotros llevábamos un pequeño jabón de barra.

• Noemí (5/5): Dormir un par de días con poco presupuesto bien - La cercanía a Termini. La cocina estaba limpia y bien equipada. La cama era bastante incómoda, sonaba mucho al mínimo movimiento, el checkout es a las 10 de la mañana, demasiao pronto. Las fotos del anuncio deben de ser muy antiguas le falta mantenimiento.
• Greta (6/5): Comodo ma da migliorare piccole cose - Ottima posizione per chi vuole stare vicino alla stazione e alla metro. Purtroppo non erano disponibili i saponi per il corpo e il dispenser mani era completamente vuoto per 3 giorni.
• Iulia (8/5): Cazare dezamăgitoare, oraș minunat! - Este foarte aproape de Gară și Zona centrală , 20 min până la Coleoseum pe jos. Am plătit o sumă mare (zic eu) pentru facilități! 100€ /noapte. Din păcate saltea inconfortabila, plin de țânțari (nu au plasă la geam), nu există gel duș, săpun lichid în baie pe sfer umplut recipientul, clar care nu ne-a ajuns (las poza),sifonul de scurgere din duș este înfundat, aproape iese apa din cădița dușului, în bucătărie nu există săpun vase, burete etc. chiar dacă exista un expresor cu capsule nu am avut nici măcar 1 bucata, ca să o folosim model pentru cumpărarea altora… plus de asta era în avarie expresorul… Nu există uscător păr și nici fier de călcat!!! Am încercat să iau legătura cu “proprietarii” și pe booking și pe whatsapp dar nimeni nu răspunde la mesaje!! Gazda/proprietarul nu apare deloc în peisaj ….. Am plătit mult prea mult pentru ceea ce am găsit!!

• Hannah (6/5): Good value for money - The apartment was clean, very secure and in a quiet neighbourhood. Ample enough for two people out exploring the city all day! The shower pressure was awful and the water went from hot to cold within seconds. The apartment is shared with another one across from the shared kitchen (individual doors) and the walls between surrounding apartments are very thin.
• Modesta (7/5): Good - Convenient place, private bathroom. The water pressure in the shower is really poor and the hot water finishes very quickly. Also inconvenient to lock the room door with the key.
• Elizabeth (5/5): A passable stay - Convenient to Roma Termini Shower head in room 3 didn’t work, we had to use the handheld head, door handle to room was faulty and bed sunk in the middle
• Lily (5/5): Passable - Overall, this guesthouse is quite good. The location is convenient, as it’s very close to the train station and the surrounding area feels safe, making it easy to travel around. However, one major downside was the issue with the bathroom. The water pressure in the shower was extremely low, and the water temperature fluctuated between cold and hot, which made showering a terrible experience. Imagine standing there covered in soap, just waiting for the hot water to come back—it’s incredibly frustrating! This really ruined the overall stay, and the more I think about it, the more upset I get. I hope the host can address this issue as soon as possible.

• Nancy (6/5): Nice and close to train station - The location was excellent close to train station and the commication was great from owner Didn’t expect it to be an air/b and b situation thought it was a hotel room however it was comfortable and I felt safe as you had to get though 4 doors! 🥴

• Gabriela (10/5): Exceptional - The room was nice and was close to the train station for easy transport, so it was a perfect location and good quality. Communication with the host was excellent. I had free wifi. The instructions were very clear and if we needed help with them, the host came to help us. We had peace and quiet, the bathroom was very clean and we had hot water. There were personal hygiene products, liquid soap, shower gel, toilet paper and we also had towels. The host was very nice and informed us when the room was cleaned so we could get to the location earlier.

• Carolina (5/5): Passable - The bed was reallyyyy comfortable The shower situation could be better, the top head of the shower was a little moldy/dirty (not sure) and the drain didn't drain so we had to be very careful so the water wouldn't overflow and wet everything, it would have been hard to wash my hair there

• Cheree (6/5): Pleasant - The room was nice and was close to the train station for easy transport. Communication from the owner was very poor. I reached out in advance for advice about airport transfers and check in times (as mentioned to do so) and no reply. There was no hot water so I tried to call and no answer. I only got a repose the next day and the problem could not be fixed. I was offered a partial refund which I appreciated but even the communication around this was slow.
• Roger (8/5): Very good - Room was newly redone. Excellent bath. Didn't receive complex entry instructions till we were at property. Lock boxed were dark and hard to see combinations. Suggest leaving a small flashlight inside. Elevator only worked once then quit working. Did not know about shared kitchen till our arrival. Have stayed on same street many times and neighborhood has declined every year. See above... there was a TV in the room but no remote

• Kerry (3/5): Two improvements invest in a decent bed that people can actually sleep in and fix the shower issue. - The air conditioning worked well and good blackout blinds Location was close to Rome Termini station and the underground. The area around the apartment made me a little nervous at night and I am male, the main lock on the door is almost impossible to open it requires a lot of manipulation to get the door open. The shower is a joke and given that many more people have commented on this fact means that either the owners do not read the reviews or do not care. The worst thing about this facility is without doubt the bed, it is on wooden slats and the mattress is no better than sleeping on a blanket it is that thin and saggy. • Anurag (5/5): Good location and everything else is just OK. Would not recommend for stays beyond 2 nights. - Location is good and near the main station with access to long route trains. Host was responsinve initially. AC wasn't working properly and it was quite hot with no ventillation in the room.
