Glenda (2/5): Luckily we spent a lot of time with friends and not in this unit. We could not recommend this unit. - The view from the property is very nice and makes your stay special as you watch the water and the people passing by. However! …….the view is diminished because the windows have not been cleaned in quite some time. This unit needs a complete makeover …the furniture is very tired and needs to be replaced …many of the kitchen cooking pans and crockery are chipped and can’t be used for hygiene reasons …the bathroom sink is crazed and needs to be replaced and the bathroom exhaust fan needs to be cleaned….in fact both the bathroom and toilet need an upgrade or a best a thorough clean. The breakfast stools along with the lounge also need to be replaced…fly screens are missing and are definitely needed to deter the mosquitoes. The garage is very narrow and awkward to access… if it’s important that you have your car put away each night then it may not fit as ours didn’t.
David (7/5): Good - Location,view Place looks a bit tired, sofas dirty,apartment had a bit of an unpleasant odour when it was all closed up for the day , needs a proper good clean, and the air conditioning has an odour also on start up .

Owen (4/5): We enjoyed our stay once we had the smell dealt with and put covers on the furniture, - The location was excellent, the views amazing, but it was grubby and smelly, the lounge suite was dirty the range hood stunk and we had to sleep with all the doors and windows open to cope, the bathroom tap kept falling apart See above
