- Debra (9/5): Great hotel in a good location - A good location with accessible restuarants and a convenience store. The rooms were clean and comfortable and a good breakfast selection was available. The staff were friendly and helpful, I would definitely stay here again. Although I did not use the fascilities, there was a gym, a self service laundry where you could view the Machines available and time left from your TV in your room. Connecting your phone to the TV was also good to listen to music or watch your choice, as I did not find any English channels.

- martin (9/5): Ideal para periodos de Feria - Muy bien ubicado en Tian He que es hermosa zona y el hotel ponía buses para ir y regresar a la Feria de Canton y al regreso te esperaban con café y merienda. Habitaciones muy cómodas y el personal muy amable tratando de servirte y aunque no manejan idiomas tratan de ayudarte. El desayuno también es excelente. Ideal para ir en los períodos de Feria. Good selection at breakfast and hotel location was good for the key city sights. Water bottles in the room were useful given the humid weather The room layout was inconvenient, with toilet, shower and basin/mirror all separated from each other. To put things in the rubbish bin it required walking to the other side of the room by the desk. Some staff were helpful and went above to assist us, others just did bare minimum and were unable to communicate with easily. Could do with more of a personal touch like other hotels.

They also provided a free shuttle bus to the Canton Fair, which was very convenient. The location was also good, with only about a 10-minute walk to the subway station. The room was almost comfortable, but one small inconvenience was that we needed to change elevators and go to the lobby first before going to the room.

The entire staff was absolutely incredible — friendly, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making the stay perfect. We would especially like to highlight the manager, Janni — very attentive, well-mannered, and professional. You can really feel the sincere desire to help and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Everything was organized flawlessly: presentation, service, and overall guest care were all top-notch. We were extremely satisfied and will gladly return again!

- Irina (8/5): Всего одна ночь и прекрасный вечер в центре Гуанчжоу - Отель очень хорошо расположен: до парка Цветов и до Телебашни мы легко дошли прогулочным шагом минут за 20-30, фоткаясь по дороге. Так же рядом с отелем минутах в 7 есть станция метро, откуда можно без пересадок доехать до аэропорта. Номер просторный, вид из номера не шедевральный, но вполне приемлемый. В целом отель соответствует и своей цене, и своей звездности. Завтрак нормальный, голодным не останешься. в номере не было халатов.

Very nice variety of asian beverages. Excellent noodle station. Free Laundry is a big plus A short distance to walk to the trainstation is a minor inconvenience
