• Suzanne (10/5): Modern beautifully appointed apartment - Absolutely beautiful and modern apartment with very generous rooms, including a huge bathroom with fantastic soaking tub. Kitchen has absolutely everything included and is equipped with quality cookware, and even a fully stocked herbs and spices cupboard, so self catering is a breeze. Bed is huge and comfortable and has a large television on the wall, in addition to the one in the living room. Laundry facilities were exceptional and made our stay perfect. Location is an easy and pleasant walk to Stein am Rhein and the larger supermarket. Price was very reasonable considering how expensive Switzerland can be. Communication with the owner was efficient and very detailed access instructions were provided. We didn’t want to leave! There was nothing to complain about.
• Wolfgang (9/5): Tolle Wohnung mit kleinen Mängeln, nah an Stein am Rhein! Hatten eine schöne Zeit!! - Die Lage war gut, die Wohnung schön und groß. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage und Aufzug. Sehr nahe an Stein am Rhein und gut zu Fuß erreichbar! In der Wohnung noch etwas mehr auf Sauberkeit achten, z.B. in der Wanne die herausnehmbaren Teile besser putzen und trocknen. Auch auf Staub achten und dass nicht Haare auf den Möbeln sind!! Die Betten waren zwar sehr groß, aber es waren nur Topper drauf, das fanden wir nicht so gut. Außerdem war es sehr laut durch die Straße.

• Diego (10/5): Un apartamento increíble - Ha sido el apartamento mejor acondicionado, limpio y amplio en el que hemos estado mi pareja y yo. Todo estaba nuevo, equipado como na casa en la que actualmente viviese alguien. Botellas de agua en la nevera, capsulas de café, complementos como azúcar, sal, aceite, vinagre, especias. Lavadora y secadora que nos dio la oportunidad no acumular tanta ropa sucia. Lo recomendaría sin dudarlo.

El acceso es muy fácil y la vivienda es amplia y cómoda. Las niñas se lo pasaron genial. La cocina está totalmente equipada. Sin duda, repetiremos.

• Martin (9/5): Danke für die ehrliche, sehr schöne Unterkunft - Sehr ehrliche Bilder und Beschreibung der Unterkunft. Alles super sauber :-)) Den Gastgerbe habe ich nicht kennengelernt, aber die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt bequem über eine Box mit PIN im Treppenhaus. Die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben und sehr gut. Betten qirklich bequem und auch sehr ruhig. Ich habe mich super wohl gefühlt und preislich auch echt attraktiv. Es gibt auch kostenlos Wasser und Kaffee aus einem kleinen Automaten. Ich war wirklich sehr angetan und war sehr dankbar dafür, dass der Gastergeber die Unterkunft ehrlich und authentisch beschreibt...so darf es sein und so ist es einfach schön! DANKE Mir fällt tatsächlich nix ein...ich war nur eine Nacht dort. Und wer einen negativ Punkt haben möchte: DIe Lage ist in Bezug zu Stein am Rhein etwas "weit weg"......

• בן (1/5): "Unreliable and deeply disappointing — we were left without a place to sleep after midnight, with no - A terrible experience. We arrived late at night, only to find that the key was not in the lockbox as promised. We messaged the host, who sent someone over — but he didn’t speak a word of English. Using hand gestures, we managed to explain the issue, and he opened the apartment door for us — only for us to discover that it was already occupied. The staff member simply waved us off, indicating that there was nothing he could do. We were left stranded after midnight with nowhere to go and no place to rest our heads. To make matters worse, the host didn’t apologize or follow up in any way. We only received a refund days later — and even that happened only after we threatened to contact Booking.com. In short: a truly awful experience. I’m not sure this is a place you can rely on — and you may find yourself in a very uncomfortable situation.
• Cjk14 (9/5): Perfect stay in Eschenz - This was an exceptional stay, even though we only had time for a 2 night stay. The apartment was very large & clean and well equipped. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with herbs & spices for cooking, a Nespresso coffee machine with coffee pods & milk supplied, which we appreciated. The bathroom was very large with excellent set-up. There was a large balcony, unfortunately the weather was too cold for us to enjoy it. Location was also perfect. A short picturesque 15-20 min walk along the river to Stein am Rhein and 30min drive to Konstanz. We would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely stay here again if in the area. Thank you Marcus. Only improvement would be to replace the bathroom towels, not as fluffy as they should be. This is only a minor item.

Huge TV. Super comfy giant beds and cozy sofas. Separate storage room the size of a bedroom in London :) Very safe and convenient underground parking with direct access to lifts. Detailed instructions with photos so you don't get confused during check-in. Shame it was winter time and we couldn't enjoy the terrace!
